Jeremiah, We sincerely apologize for the electrical issues you experienced at the Cozy Cottage pool. We understand how concerning and frustrating this situation must have been during your stay, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to identify the cause. When our Maintenance team initially visited the property, they believed the issue may have been related to the pool pump. After further investigation, our electrician discovered underground wiring that was causing the electrical issue. We are very grateful that we were able to identify the source and address the problem. We are pleased that we were able to accommodate you with a full refund, along with a complimentary night for a future reservation. We also want you to know that we are taking your suggestions seriously and will be discussing them with the owner to see what improvements and upgrades may be possible. We are truly sorry that these issues impacted your stay. We appreciate the kindness and understanding you showed throughout the situation, and we are grateful for the opportunity to make things right. Jenny , I understand your feelings about the hot tub, it is listed in the desceiption that it is not available to guests . We do have many homes that do offer hot tubs! Many next time one of those! Sun Palace Vacations
