Cozy Cottage with Exceptional Outdoor Living Spaces

Venez profiter de cet adorable chalet situé juste au sud de Mid Island et à moins de 2 minutes à pied de la plage. La maison principale dispose de planchers de pin, une nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit et est ouverte sur le salon et la salle à manger, ainsi que d'un porche de charme. Un téléviseur de 70 "signifie que vous pouvez regarder le jeu avec style et confort. La chambre King Master dispose d'une salle de bain attenante, d'une télévision et de nombreux rangements. La chambre à deux lits est à côté ainsi qu'une deuxième salle de bain 3 pièces. Le point culminant doit être le tout nouveau pont énorme récemment ajouté avec des tonnes d'espace pour divertir et profiter de nos beaux extérieurs. Cela mène à la piscine clôturée où vous pouvez profiter du débordement sur spa et salon au soleil. De plus, il y a une suite pour les invités au-dessus du garage avec une chambre queen, une salle de bain 3 pièces et un salon avec une télévision à écran plat, un petit réfrig��rateur et un micro-ondes.

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family! The main house had plenty of space for everyone. Equips kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, plenty of towels. And the pool cottage gave us privacy from the main house! The best part was the close proximity to the beach. The beach wagon and beach chairs were a huge plus as well. Thank you!!

We stayed on the weekend so the beach was accessible but we noticed Monday that there was construction on the path to the beach so we were just thankful we didnt stay during the week. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful, the small issue we had with accessing the guest house at first was quickly resolved with a phone call. Great communication.

Main house and the guest cottage were wonderful. One issue we had was that there were no dishes or coffee mugs in the guest house. The other issue was extremely low water pressure in the guest house kitchen. The location is as advertised - block and a half walk to the beach - really close! The view of the beach was terrific.

We had the most incredible week in the Cozy Cottage. Everything is new, and clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and to see the sun sets every night was priceless. Contact with the owners was super easy, they answered all of our questions and concerns.

The house is great and has everything you need. Super close to the beach which was nice. Plenary of room, big bathrooms and comfy beds. It was also nice that they provided tons of beach items and towels. The only complaint is the pool. We called ahead to make sure it was cleaned prior to our arrival and when we got there it was not. The water was really murky and not appealing. We reached out again and they replied that it should clear up by tomorrow. It never did. The pool is also really small. Fine for just a soak or little ones, but if you’re traveling with teenagers it’s small.It wasn’t a big deal since the beach was so very close and we spent 98% of our stay there. The beach was practically to our selves and we had manatees and dolphins just off the shore. Sunsets were spectacular. We would definitely stay again.

Public access closed due to dune refurbishment. Pool had oil floating on top and water had particles floating in it. After pool guy came, it was much better. Bath sink in cottage was stopped up- husband fixed it. Couches in both houses are extreamly used and need to be replaced. They both sink when sitting & sleeping on them. Water pressure in the cottage is low especially in the kitchenette sink. No lighting in the livingroom of the cottage. Had to plug in a lamp from the bedroom in the LR. Fan pull in cottage bedroom broken off. Fan stays on high. Plates, bowls and cups would be a nice addition to the kitchenette in the cottage.

Cozy cottage

Beautifully updated home and guest house. Property is located a block from the beach. During our stay the pool was a mess from Hurricane Debby, but totally understandable. The rest of the grounds had seashells instead of grass, which was cool to look at. Had a nice sitting area on the deck. Cute place!

Would never stay again..Lick on front door would never work..very insecure feeling especially with two small dogs.. Fly's everywhere..we had to roach and ant spray.Hot tub didn't work..we were told owner would not turn on..Day of arrival all garbage cans were overflowing

Spring vacation

I didn’t realize when I booked that the 3rd bedroom included an entire little apartment separated from main house. My adult son LOVED having his own space away from his sisters!Both areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained…which I LOVED! The property was even closer to the beach than I expected..so it only took us 5 min from door to water which was amazing! The only criticism I had was the hall closet door kept falling off track when opened and the pool was much smaller than portrayed in pictures but it was still nice and relaxing! We would most definitly return to this property!

It was okay

It was way smaller than we expected. The pool was tiny. We expected a three bedroom and a guest house but the house was a two bedroom and the guest house was the third bedroom. The mosquitoes were absolutely horrible. We had to go buy bug spray and tiki torches to sit outside. I know that's not their fault. The house was very small and noisy. You could hear and feel everyone talking and walking and the doors all pulled as another was opening. It was clean and convenient. Had everything we needed and we made it work. Very cute place.

Great Location and House

Loved the house. It was super clean, bathrooms and kitchen looked new and were beautiful. Super close to the beach, we walked each day there. We slept 5 in the house and 3 in the cottage. One downside is that I put my 18 year old son on the fold out, probably suited better for small kids, the bar on the fold out could be felt by him, not the most comfortable for older teens and adults. Kitchen had awesome kitchen pans/pots but the rental did not include any more than 1 dish pod, there were no extra trash bags, no coffee, no hot pads (only 1 dish towel) and 1 extra paper towel roll and 1 extra roll for tissue for each bathroom. If you are planning on cooking and staying for more than 1 night not having these items was inconvenient. Other than that it was a great house, by adding these small items I would give it a 5 star.

Excellent location and really cozy

The title that describes this property definitely defines cozy. With your own private refreshing pool for after the beach. The side deck with bistro lights was perfect to cook on the grill and spend most of the nights there. The 2 units worked out perfectly for our large family with teenagers. They also provided beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to carry it all to the beach. The walk to the beach is nothing, few steps, cross the street and you're right there. Looking forward to go back to this same property.
