El apartamento, estå muy bien (ubicación, acceso, vistas,...). Pero servicios complementarios claves: deficientes (higiene infraestructura, muy deficiente; tuvimos que limpiar el apartamento cuando llegamos; comunicación deficiente: hay preguntas que trasladé a través de la web de Vrbo, siguiendo el cauce oficial, que no tuve respuesta, y era relevante para planificarlo; los edredones de la cama, estaban muy sucios; el sofå era incomodísimo). En fin, un apartamento y política de gestión con inquilinos, claramente mejorable y muy por debajo de los eståndares de calidad exigible a este tipo de recursos). No lo recomendaría a nadie

Cosy et situation idéale

L'appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel et a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© avec goĂ»t. TrĂšs cosy et agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, jolie vue, immeuble calme et situation idĂ©ale Ă  2 min des pistes Ă  pied : descente pour y aller, la remontĂ©e aprĂšs le ski est un peu plus rude mais se fait facilement, mĂȘme pour un enfant jeune. PropriĂ©taires hyper rĂ©actifs en cas de question. Bref, on a adorĂ© et on a qu'une seule envie, y retourner !

cosy et pratique

Petit appartement trÚs proche des pistes et des commodités. 3 minutes à pieds pour prendre le télésiÚge le matin, la cÎte à remonter est plus compliquée le soir aprÚs la journée de ski mais on peut difficilement faire plus proche des pistes dans Pyrénées 2000. Il est petit mais pratique et tout y est.

Venue pour une compétition sportive, j'ai passé un séjour trÚs agréable dans un appartement au calme, fonctionnel (quelques petits manques d'ustensiles pour la cuisine, pas bien grave). Bien orienté, soleil l'aprÚs-midi, cÎté balcon. TrÚs bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Appartement tres bien placé par rapport aux pistes et à l'école de ski. Procédure arrivée transmise par mail et efficace. Appartement bien situé et agréable. Seul bemol est la difficulté pour stationner le vehicule. Prevoir des capsules tassimo non spécifié dans l'annonce. Sinon, pas de soucis, je recommande.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement bien situé. Chemin menant directement aux pistes. Propriétaire avenant. Des rideaux occultants seraient un plus... Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

great zone, the owner is strange

Great location, but there are some improvements possible. After we left the appartement we cleaned everything, but left the dirty towels on the floor, so that the owner knows not the reuse them for the next renters....apparently he did not come to do the final touch...but phoned, and texted me threatening to phone the police because we left the dirty towels on the floor....so the next renters came in ( we did not know, normally the owner should clean an desinfect) and they were not so happy...understandable.. But he should at least have told me there would not come a cleaner in at all....still donšt know where to leave the dirty towels than..

De surprises en surprises

Le propriĂ©taire nous assure que tout est neuf dans le logement et que nous sommes les premiers locataires. A notre arrivĂ©e nous constatons que les joints et l intĂ©rieur du frigo sont moisis. Une prise est arrachĂ©e du mur Il n y a aucun joint au niveau du plan de travail et l Ă©vier n est pas fixĂ©, grĂące Ă  son mitigeur trop court l eau coule dans le meuble du dessous et le long des murs. L appareil Ă  raclette croule sous la crasse J' ai nettoyĂ© toute la vaisselle avant de l utiliser. Dans la chambre,le lit n a pas vu un chiffon depuis des lustres. Pour la douche, la vaisselle et le remplissage de la chasse d'eau tout se fait au goutte Ă  goutte. Dans l entrĂ©e le radiateur est factice car non branchĂ©. Dommage car le logement est extrĂȘmement bien situĂ©.
