Perfect location

Thank you to Christophe for his warm welcome at this beautiful little apartment. It was a great home base to use while we explored beautiful Dinard and the Brittany coast. Among the many benefits was the secure parking just beside the building. With parking at a premium in Dinard, this was a welcome perk. A little terrasse with a table and chairs allowed us to sit outside and watch the goings-on on the street below: families walking home after a long day on the beach, an old couple holding hands on their way to the market, young lovers having a spat on the corner - these were all lovely glimpses into life in a French beach town. And speaking of the market, Dinard has one of the best ones that we’ve ever seen in France, and just a short walk from the apartment. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy our market purchases at home. Just down the street was the beach, ice cream vendors, and the beautiful Royal Emeraude hotel where we enjoyed a late-night drink in “Le Darling” bar. We were pleasantly surprised to see that our drink order was served with a small plate of complimentary nibblies: nuts, olives, and a couple of little pinwheel sandwiches. And as if all this wasn’t enough, Christophe was even kind enough to order a double rainbow for us on our last night here, making this a truly spectacular stay! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Studio lumineux, bien aménagé et proche des commerces et de la plage

Studio au 2 eme étage facilement accessible avec possibilité de garer la voiture dans une cour fermée. Studio très bien aménagé, moderne et calme. Une belle luminosité, et le petit balcon est un plus pour prendre ses repas dehors et profiter de la vue sur Dinard.

Studio charmant avec emplacement idéal

Christophe est un hôte très prévenant. Le studio charmant avec un très bon couchage, propre, refait à neuf. Parking clos dans la propriété. Commerces et plage en bas de la rue. Excellent emplacement.. On recommande vivement.

Très joli studio

Très beau studio joliment décoré avec un petit balcon idéal pour le petit déjeuner. Excellent accueil, emplacement au top à deux minutes à pieds de la plage de l'écluse, des commerces. Je reviendrai avec le plus grand plaisir.

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par M et Mme Lhermitte dans ce très agréable studio au cœur de Dinard. Mention spéciale pour l'emplacement du studio tout confort amenagé avec beaucoup de goût, propreté irréprochable... Location au calme , pratique :place de parking fermé et possibilité de laisser des vélos . Incontestablement la meilleure location depuis longtemps . Coup de cœur à l'occasion de nôtre séjour, nous réserverons probablement l'année prochaine.

Un séjour très agréable, un studio parfaitement équipé, clair, et très bien situé, une place de parking à proximité... que demander de plus ? De plus, Dinard est une belle station balnéaire, avec baignades et belles ballades.
