A delightful, well equipped apartment - comfortable with everything we needed. On site parking which was a blessing. Close to the port and within walking distance of restaurants & shops & beautiful walks.

A comfortable place in Saint-Malo

The house is quite pleasant with a lot of equipment and a private garden on the ground floor, and nice welcome by Lysiane. The location is close to the most interesting areas in Saint-Malo, but also a quiet place to stay for holidays.

Perfectly positioned property

Very comfortable, well-equipped property with the benefit of a sheltered sunny garden, and lovely weather to make the most of it. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and, of course, the walled city of St Malo are within walking distance, but the peninsula itself is very attractive. We would highly recommend this as a base, with or without a car.

Superb check in instructions and great communication from host. Everything exactly as expected from the listing. Fantastic to have easy secure parking on site. Apartment location is perfect. Beaches within minutes in various directions. A mostly level easy walk to rest of St Malo. We didn’t use the car during our stay except a quick dash to the supermarket. Lots to see and do in the area. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lots of space to relax. It was hot and a fan was provided. Shutters on windows meant we could have windows wide open at night and feel safe and private. One thing to be aware of - bar/restaurant opposite stays open to midnight and can be noisy if you have windows open. Music was loud and heavy beat, and lots of noise from people talking. So if you’re an early to bed person then bring earplugs- or just head over and join the fun!We would definitely stay again. The host was brilliant- available but not intrusive.

appartement au top, confort, équipements, situation à 30 minutes à pied de Saint Malo pour vivre les évènements du "Vendée Globe" et surtout le bel accueil et la disponibilité de Lysiane notre hôte, un séjour très sympathique, merci que du bonheur.

Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar ein Einkaufstrolley. Restaurants und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings etwas anstrengend, aber der Bus fährt direkt dahin. Parkplätze im Ort sind knapp, wir haben aber immer etwas gefunden. Hervorragendes Angebot an Lebensmitteln, kleine Fachgeschäfte - Bäcker, Metzger, Fischgeschäft, Käsegeschäft etc., der "U" (Utile) Markt mit breitem, hervorragendem Gemüseangebot und allen Artikeln des täglichen Bedarfs Die Wohnung ist nur einige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns gut erholt.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Lage im schönen Alet ist perfekt, es ist ruhig, Geschäfte und das etwas zu touristische "intra muros" sind fußläufig erreichbar, der geschützte Parkplatz im Garten ist ein großes Plus, und die Betten sind auch für Mitteleuropäer groß genug ;). Nicht zuletzt ist die Vermieterin sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung sehr ansprechend. Die Lage war sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Der Parkplatz war direkt im Garten und mit einem Tor gesichert. Ich würde die Unterkunft nochmals buchen.

Excellent séjour à Saint Malo. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce avec tout le confort , il est très bien situé. Nous avons apprécié la place de parking dans la cours intérieure.Nous avons fait connaissance avec Lysiane la propriétaire, une personne adorable, nous recommandons le gîte.
