Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout Time: 11:00 AM Late checkout is only allowed if approved in advance. Unapproved late checkout will result in a fee. Checkout Instructions:
1. Please tie up all garbage and leave garbage in the bin. 2. Load used dishes in the dishwasher. 3. Leave used towels in the bathroom. 4. Strip all used bed linens off the bed and leave them on bed.
5. Return furniture and items to their original position. 6. Turn off all lights, TV, and appliances. 7. Lock door and return keys to the lockbox. 8. Report any damage or spills before checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
