Birdsong Sanctuary is a very spacious and well equipped family home just minutes from the beach in Yallingup.
It is THE TOP CHOICE if you are planning a family get-together, special getaway or base from which to attend a wedding or explore the nearby coastal towns of Dunsborough and Margaret River.
Less than five minutes' drive from Yallingup Beach, Meelup Regional Park, and Ngilgi Cave, you are also close to the many art galleries, restaurants and wineries that make this northern end of the Margaret River Wine Region so popular.

LAYOUT
The single-level home has a fantastic layout.
At the centre of the home is a very spacious and light-filled kitchen, dining and living zone. Winters are a wonderful time to stay here, with the wood fire keeping this entire living zone warm and cosy.
The dining room opens out onto a fantastic covered BBQ area (facing west) and the lounge room overlooks yet another covered seating area (facing east).
The media room plus the master bedroom and ensuite and a bedroom with double bunk (double under/single over) are at one end of the house.
The other wing of the home features the three remaining bedrooms, a separate kids play room (with toys galore), plus a shared bathroom, toilet and laundry.

Note: A dog is welcome here with prior permission. Pet stay terms apply. The property is not fenced. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time or allowed to wander.
There is no free-to-air TV reception. You must bring your own personal devices to connect to the Epson projector.

MEDIA ROOM PROJECTOR
Instead of a TV, the house has an Epson projector that turns the blank white wall in the media room into a giant screen. Connect your phone or other personal device to stream movies and access your own Netflix or subscription service. Better still, make a night of it and screen your home movies and family photos!
This room has a leather modular lounge and an expansive book library.

KITCHEN 

Coffee machine (BYO favourite coffee beans), large fridge, dishwasher, ample cookware, serving platters, huge pantry, microwave oven, crockery and cutlery.

Multiple outdoor tables and chairs on the western and eastern sides - perfect for morning coffees and afternoon drinks as you follow the sunshine.

The property is located on a huge and private rural residential block, with lots of grassed areas and flanked by tall trees.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than 10 people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home). A dog is allowed but must not be left unattended at the house for any reason.
