The billiard room sits just off the living area, with sliding doors that can be closed for games nights or opened up to flow out to the pool. The kitchen also opens directly to the pool area, while the dining room has sliding doors onto the undercover BBQ and alfresco.

The bedrooms are tucked away down a quiet corridor off the kitchen. Each bedroom has a split system for air conditioning and heating, and the family bathroom features a spa bath for winding down at the end of the day or choose to have a luxurious heat and steam experience in the Sauna. A laundry with a powder room, washing machine, and dryer is available.

Outdoors, there are plenty of options to gather, a covered alfresco with dining table and BBQ, a rotunda nestled amongst the gardens, and the sparkling pool and spa just steps away. The gardens include a small waterfall feature, visiting birdlife, and a golf practice tee, perfect for relaxing or a little practice swing.

Poolside Palms Oasis is made for relaxed holidays — kids in the pool, friends gathered around the table, and plenty of space to unwind at your own pace.

No Schoolies or Party style bookings. Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals.
