The Space:
L’Uliveto 2 by Tiny Away sits on a hillside olive grove in Castilenti, just 35 minutes from Pescara and close to Torre di Cerrano, Costa dei Trabocchi, and the Abruzzo coast. This compact stay looks out to the Gran Sasso range and puts you near Rocca Calascio, Campo Imperatore, and Parco Della Majella.
The 221-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom with an electric-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet. There are two tiny houses on the property.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the tiny house and the outdoor area around it, surrounded by olive trees. Entry is through the gate of the property, but the house and fenced areas are private. Guests simply pass through to reach their own dedicated space, separate and fully theirs to enjoy.

The area around L’Uliveto 2 by Tiny Away displays the charm of Abruzzo. Castilenti keeps things local, with classic trattorias, small bars, and views that stretch to Gran Sasso. The town of Castilenti is rooted in farming and tradition, known for its olive oil and wine.
You're 35 minutes from Pescara and within reach of Torre di Cerrano, Costa dei Trabocchi, Rocca Calascio, and Campo Imperatore. Castilenti hosts summer festivals and markets, with easy access to Parco Della Majella, Lago di Campotosto, and cultural sites like Casa di D’Annunzio in Pescara.
