The newly built structure is in anti-seismic reinforced concrete. Swimming pool, private fenced parking, large garden with barbecue and children's play area. Located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, mountains with a charm suspended in time, the perfect place to combine relaxation and breathtaking panoramic views, at about 700 meters above sea level at the foot of the "Sleeping Beauty" of D Annunziana with a wonderful panoramic view until you see the Adriatic Sea. It is 2 km from the market, pharmacy and post office, 10 km from supermarkets and a bank. The entrance to the Gran Sasso National Park with 15 km of cross-country tracks and snowshoes (ciaspola) is only 12 km, the cross-country trails of the Gran Sasso 22 km, while the beach of the Adriatic Sea is at 33 km . Holidays for a minimum of 2 nights.
