The Space:

Welcome to your private coastal retreat designed for relaxed marina living and unforgettable family & friends getaways.



This beautifully styled home features four spacious bedrooms, including one with a king bed, and the others with queen beds each complete with built-in or walk-in robes. The master suite upstairs offers a generous layout, private balcony, and luxurious ensuite bathroom a quiet sanctuary to start and end your day.



Downstairs, a central hallway leads to the remaining three bedrooms, main bathroom, powder room, and a second lounge area that opens out to the pool zone, ideal for families or friends needing both connection and space.



The heart of the home is its light-filled, open plan living and dining area that spills seamlessly onto the alfresco entertaining space and private pool, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, sculpted greenery, and calming outdoor nooks.



Guests enjoy keyless TT Lock entry, high-speed Wi-Fi, Reverse cycle air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen including butlers pantry perfect for long or short stays. For remote workers, a dedicated desk space is also available.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, accept the double car garage and adjacent locked room - used for linen storage.

We have a strict, zero tolerance to parties and gatherings. Only registered guests are to be at the property.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available to assist between the hours of 7am until 10pm daily should you have any concerns or require assistance.
