At the Myth on Mollymook Mountain we believe it’s a myth that spectacular holiday accomodation can’t be affordable.

Perched high on Bannister Point headland this freshly renovated home enjoys stunning ocean views as far as Point Perpendicular in the north to Ulladulla lighthouse in the south.

Embrace this relaxed coastal house, with ocean views from nearly every room and balcony. Wake to the sounds of waves crashing below or whales slapping their tails, watch as eagles soar above the trees.

Enjoy early morning headland nature walks, take a dip in beautiful Mollymook Beach, enjoy a round of golf at either Beachside or Hilltop Championship golf course or indulge in fine dining.

Options include neighbouring Rick Stein's; Gwylo or Bannister Pavillion; or cook up a storm in the kitchen, BBQ or Outdoor Pizza Oven looking out to sea.

The garage is converted into a Games Room
There is plenty of room in the driveway for parking for 2-3 cars and off-street parking for a further 2-3 cars.

As hosts we live nearby to create a more personalised experience and cater towards each guest’s needs.

Look no further for your coastal haven, perfect for families and friends to relax with ample activities for the Children without having to entertain and also plenty to do for the Adults as well.

Please note the property has a security door bell camera to monitor the front entrance only and a noise level db monitor in the rear yard to limit excessive noise and detect parties.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
- Please ensure anything that has been used like BBQ, Coffee Machine, Stove, Oven, Microwave, fire pit is clean and packed away. - Ensure spa cover is on.
- Ensure all Games Room belongings have been returned to right spot.
- Ensure all dishes have been put through the dishwasher and placed away in respective cupboards or drawers. - Any additional cleaning fees will be passed on to the guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- NO PARTIES or schoolies - Please wash off sand from the beach - Ensure lockable cover on spa when not in use - Spa max temp 32 degrees in summer
- Please shower before spa - Please supervise children at all times - Respect our neighbours. Come inside by 10pm - No dunking basketball rings
- Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms. - Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there.

The setting is amazing and the property has every amenity required to ensure a memorable family holiday. Multiple living areas ensure enough space for groups of all sizes and ages. The spa, trampoline, fire pit, games room and pétanque courts are the highlights for amenity.
