This beach house is located in the prime position on Mollymook Beach, which is regarded as one of the best beaches in Australia and is patrolled during the summer months.
The property is one of a few, that leads directly onto the beach – just walk out of the house, across level lawn to the beach, then 2-3 minutes to the surf club, patrolled area and waterfront cafes.
In winter, enjoy the warmth of an open fire (large bag of slow burning wood provided) making this property a great stay for couples and families all year around.
Mollymook Beach is 2 - 3 hours drive from Canberra or Sydney. The house is walking distance to Mollymook shopping centre, Rick Stein’s restaurant and the new Tallwood Eatery.

The house has an open plan kitchen, dining-lounge room leading out onto a large entertaining deck.

3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets + outside shower

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Twin beds plus fold out bed
Bedroom 3: King bed can be made into two long singles.

Quality linen and bath towels provided with beds made up.

Local Attractions

Mollymook has two scenic golf courses, the 9-hole Beachside Course on the southern end of the beach and the Championship 18-hole Hilltop Course, in a bushland setting by the ocean. It also has an attractive lawn Bowling Club.
Narrawallee Beach and inlet are just a short drive away as is the historic township of Milton with popular cafes, antique shops and markets.
Climb Pigeon House mountain, charter a fishing boat, go bush walking or visit Cupitt’s Winery, all a close drive away.

Nice holiday house, great location!

Had a nice week with mostly good weather. The house had everything we needed and is in a great location. Very quick drive to either end of the beach, Tallwood restaurants/shops, Ulladulla and Narrawallee beach. Having backyard access to the beach is awesome too!

Amazing location

This is our second stay at this beach house with its wonderful position leading directly onto the beautiful Mollymook beach. We loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen while watching the waves roll in. This 1970s house is very comfortable and has everything that is needed for a wonderful get away. Thanks Anne, we look forward to coming back again.

Absolute beachfront at Mollymook

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you’d need and is in a magic location right on the beach! Listen to the waves, go for a walk along the beach and go to the Golf club for coffee or a meal. Rick Steins restaurant is a must. What more could you ask for? Thanks Ann we will return.

Anniversary getaway

We spent several very peaceful days here, enjoying the perfect beach, sounds of the waves and short drive to the Rick Stein restaurant to cap it off. The house is very clean and comfortable in the mild weather we had. We can imagine the open fire being a treat on a cold wet day. Anne, the host, was very communicative and helpful, making the stay free of worry. We will certainly stay again.

Easter long weekend stay with family

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne's place. Location is great - a walk through from the garden onto Mollymook beach. Turn right and the surf club is under 10mins stroll along the beach. That end of the beach is patrolled and best for kids. The house is definitely 70's 80's but comfortable enough - and has a nice deck overlooking the back garden and out to the sea. Suggest an internet / wifi upgrade - streaming on the TV's apps was a struggle, as was casting from phones.

Thank you Fraser for your review, we appreciate it. You were the first tenant in after the new Smart TV was installed and Telstra has since discovered that it was not set up properly. The internet and smart tv are now working with full speed and unlimited availability.

The house was clean but extremely old and dated. The house is missing a comfy couch and a smart TV.

The house is very dated, check the National Geographic magazine from 1975 on the book shelf! For the price we paid for our weeks stay we were extremely disappointed from the moment we walked in. There was nowhere for our family to relax, no suitable couch and no smart TV for the rainy days we experienced. With the furniture, fixtures and fittings being so dated the house always smelt musty. On holidays we expect a couple of kitchen basics included but this was not the case. The house was absolute beachfront, this plus the excellent Swell Coffee van only a moments walk away saved our trip. But if we could have left early to come home (we had a dog sitter) we woukd have.

We assume you looked at the photos of the house before you booked it. Our photos are a true representation of the house. It is not a contemporary house but a 1970’s style house right down to the cane chairs, crochet wall hanging, Albert Namatjira prints and 1975 National Geographics. There is a large comfortable Ikea couch with multiple cushions and throws, which is also shown in the photos. Regarding the smart TV – the 42 inch television has a chrome cast attached. Using our free unlimited wifi, any smart phone can turn the TV into a smart one. It was unfortunate about the weather during your stay and you had to rely on the TV. We supply all the basics; salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, aluminium and glad wrap. When you asked for baking paper (which is not really a basic) we dropped it on the door step within hours. We are sorry you did not enjoy your rainy beachfront holiday as we really aim to make our tenants happy.

The stunning views of the glistening ocean and the golden sands immediately put us at ease, as if we had stepped into a paradise of our own. Your attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the house did not go unnoticed, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and rejuvenating. One of the highlights of our vacation was the opportunity to enjoy the simple pleasures of life at your home. The well-equipped kitchen inspired us to indulge in our culinary passions, and we cherished the moments of togetherness while preparing delightful meals for ourselves. On other occasions, we explored the local restaurants, savoring the delectable cuisine that Mollymook has to offer. Each dining experience was a gastronomic delight, leaving us with memories to cherish. However, what truly enchanted us was the direct access to the pristine beach from your property. Fabulous location comfortable property

Our family of 5 stayed and found it to be very comfortable with all of the basic necessities. The location was great, with direct access to the beach and only a short walk to the local shops and cafes.

Great spot

Could not ask for a more ideal location for our family. Direct access to the beach, short walk to the flagged area and child friendly park. Just sit back and listen to the ocean and relax.
