This 4 room apt. is located just 3 blocks from the heart of Prague’s historic center -- old town square. Private and quiet, it fronts on a garden and adjacent arcade and loggia. It is next to the small and silent, misty winding streets of the old town, as well as blocks away from the most popular nightspots and many of the city’s best restaurants.
The apartment is fully renovated and fully furnished. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the master bedroom has a super-king-sized bed which separates to 2 single beds, plus a living room (with sofa bed) and a kitchen. The living room and master bedroom look to the garden, where it is also possible to sit and relax or eat. A free parking lot is located around the corner from the apartment. The metro is a 5 min. walk. The area is very safe.
The house dates back to gothic times, and has historic details and a magnificent hand-carved late renaissance balustrade in the entry of the building. The city's most popular and visited places -- the Charle's bridge, old town square, the great Parizska street, and Wencelslaus square (shopping district) are all minutes away by foot.
The apt. comfortably sleeps up to 2 couples, and there are also numerous sofa beds for children or guests.

Why Robin Moorman chose Praha 1
I chose to buy a vacation rental in this location because of the profound historical value and fantastic location - blocks away from the old town square, which is the heart of the old town, that means it's located within of the best restaurants and most popular 'hotspots'-- but the house is located on quiet, winding, ancient street.
What makes this Apartment unique

Great stay........perfect location!
Couldn't ask for a better location in Old Town Prague with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and charming decor. If I had one small negative it was the pillows for the bedrooms but who cares.............you're in beautiful Prague! Already miss the Czech people, the historical buildings and of course the delicious beer :)
A comfortable and spacious apartment in an ideal location
The apartment is in a great position for exploring the Old Town or crossing the river to the castle and surrounding area, being located in the middle of the Jewish quarter and just 5 minutes walk to the main square.
There are two good sized bedrooms a comfortable lounge area and a kitchen dining area. The central heating system is really good with underfloor heating in the bathroom and the opportunity to light a real log fire should you wish. The instant hot water allows for a really good shower.
Robin the owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.
Great location! Charming comfortable quiet modern accommodations in historic building.
First, location: Old Town Square is only a seven minute walk, yet you feel like you’ve hidden yourself in a real old Prague neighborhood. We stayed here for three days in December with our three college-aged children, and we were able to walk everywhere in historic Prague.
Second, this place is charming and quiet. You enter into a courtyard through an old wooden door (with modern security). The apartment is located on the first floor but you feel safe because of the courtyard entrance. You look out on the courtyard, not the street. This, combined with VERY thick walls and double windows, makes it very quiet.
Robin arranged for the five of us to be picked up at the airport. Definitely take advantage of this because it makes check-in easy and it’s always nice to be met outside customs by a smiling face and a waiting car. Our driver, Radek, was friendly and helpful and he arranged our ride back to the airport upon departure.
My wife and I shared the master bedroom, our daughters used the twin beds in the second bedroom and our son slept on the living room sofa. Beds are a little noisy and not luxurious, but comfortable. However the heated floor in the bathroom IS luxurious, especially in chilly winter Prague. Two basins in the bathroom make sharing one bathroom among five people tolerable. The shower was nice once we figured out how to keep it hot (gentle knob turns). The kitchen appears to be adequately appointed to cook for yourself but we only ate breakfasts in. All five of us fit comfortably around the table. The heat worked well, as did the fireplace. One evening we stayed in and listened to Christmas music around the fire. I would prefer the fireplace in the living room but it was still nice to sit around the kitchen table. Robin provides good wood and it’s easy to start and seems safe.
We loved the neighborhood—with a convenience market just across the street on the corner, a fairly legitimate Irish pub directly across the street, a florist a couple doors down, and a great bakery three minutes away. Coffee shops open late in Prague so get your morning coffee at Bake Shop. You are a few minute walk from the Vltava River, Pariska Street, and all of the moving historical sites of Josefov. It’s a hike up to the castle and Strahov Monastery, but we preferred living in this location to Mala Strana or other tourist areas. One other thing that’s cool for science geeks: Christian Doppler lived next door during the 1840s.
Excellent location. Warm & cosy. Spacious accommodation
