Welcome to Sea-esta! Situated on the Esplanade in Glenelg South, Sea-esta! is just a short walk from central Glenelg or you can take a short 15 minute drive down Anzac Highway to the CBD.
Upon arrival at Sea-esta!, our hope is that you will feel at home and comfortable with our cosy apartment. Entry into Sea-esta! is made easy with a state of the art electronic keyless entry, for ease of access 24 hours and stair access to our apartment on the first floor.
This apartment is at the front of the building, with views from the balcony out over the beach and ocean. Our open plan living, kitchen and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or sinking into the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book. There are two bar seats right next to the window for you to enjoy a glass of wine and the sunset!
Our master bedroom has a queen sized bed, built in wardrobe and comfortable bedding. The built in wardrobe has a mirrored door and hanging storage for your convenience. A second bedroom is styled with a queen bed and built in wardrobe. We have heating in the bedrooms for your convenience.
There is a bathroom with shower over bath, vanity, under basin storage, mirror and toilet. Enjoy provisions of hair and body care amenities for your convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, fridge, Nespresso machine and hidden laundry facilities with washer and dryer.
Open the glass doors out onto your private balcony and watch the sunset, perfect for those long summer nights.
We have on site, open air parking for one vehicle.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
