Gum Tree escape is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, pet-friendly home ideal for a relaxed family retreat. Set in a peaceful street and surrounded by leafy gardens, it offers all the essentials for carefree, coastal getaways.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and two living areas flow out to two outdoor decks. At the front, a sunny spot among the trees offers the perfect place for a morning coffee or afternoon drink. Out the back, the second deck is set up with a BBQ and space to gather after a day in the sun and surf.

The home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a flexible layout that works well for families and couples. Downstairs, you`ll find a king bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, as well as a second queen bedroom with its own ensuite. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top), along with a third bathroom.

The fully fenced backyard is great for kids and pets to play, and the carport provides easy off-street parking. Timber floors throughout and split system air-conditioning upstairs add to the comfort, while Copacabana beach, shops, caf s and local park are all a 750m walk away.
