Located in the dress circle of Hunter Valley Wine Country on Palmers Lane, this beautiful, lifestyle residence set on 110 acres occupies a commanding hillside position atop Calais’ vine-clad hills, capturing enviable views from almost every room across Pokolbin to the Brokenback Ranges. The property is central to the vibrant activities of Palmers Lane and guests will also enjoy the nearby tapestry of cellar doors, world-class restaurants, wineries, golf resorts, bike trails, concert and wedding venues.

Large family gatherings, milestone weekends, corporate retreats and entertaining have been at the heart of life at this property reflected by six well-appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms, hosting up to 13 guests in great style and comfort.

Every part of this house is welcoming, gracious and generous. Featuring vaulted ceilings, open plan living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen, long indoor and outdoor tables to gather and chat, relaxed seating by the wood-burning fireplace, a pool table, a library, ducted air-conditioning for all seasons comfort, a BBQ dining areas on the tranquil wrap around verandahs and a fire-pit. TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 10 guests from $1,583.00 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 10 guests from $1,187.00 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Additional adults $106.00 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $64.00 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge

Please note that a $40.00 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1,500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3-night stay at the full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
