Welcome to our Disney and Universal themed relaxing family retreat!

We first traveled with our kids to Orlando when they were really young. We fell in love with Orlando’s magic and wanted to create a space where families can make their own memories together, like we have as a family, so we decided to go “all in” and buy a villa near Disney World and Universal Studios. We’re thrilled and humbled to share it with you!

Our Disney and Universal themed 3,200 square foot vacation villa is designed for families seeking the ideal blend of fun and family comfort.

Imagine your family gathering in our open-concept living area surrounded by Disney decor and comfortable furniture. This is the heart of the home—ideal for lively family dinners, laughter-filled game nights, and cozy evenings spent reminiscing. Perfect for multi-generational vacations.

Amazing accommodations (watch your kids' reactions when they see the bedrooms!):

Six fun themed bedrooms, most with their own ensuite bathroom, designed to put a smile on guests of all ages.

1) Mickey/Minnie Primary Suite: Captures the essence of Disney magic located on the main floor with a walk out to the backyard, a brand new cozy king sized mattress and a full ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, separate toilet area and a separate bathtub and shower. This room also has room for the infant crib that we provide.

2) Harry Potter Room: Enchanting decor that whisks you away to the wizarding world with a brand new king sized mattress and its own ensuite bathroom. Located on the main floor.

3) Frozen Room: Immerse yourself in the icy elegance of Arendelle with 2 twin beds.

4) Super Mario Bros Room: A fun-filled space that sparks adventure with 2 twin beds and its own ensuite full bathroom.

5) Jurassic Park Room: Experience the thrill of the dinosaur age. This room has a queen sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and a separate private toilet area.

6) Minions Room: Delightful decor that brings smiles to every kid's face (maybe a little mischief too?) with 2 twin beds.

Each room has its own Roku TV to watch your favorite streaming apps or cable TV.

Exceptional Amenities:

Private Movie Theater: Enjoy movie nights in our state-of-the-art theater, equipped with 12 plush seats, a giant screen, and surround sound. Picture family movie marathons with popcorn and snacks, all in the comfort of your own home. This room is also great to watch live sports on TV with the surround sound and a huge screen.

Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to your personal paradise! Our fun backyard features a private pool, a relaxing spa, a ping pong table, backyard views of a conservation area (watch the beautiful birds and spot the alligators and other animals, all from a safe distance) and both covered and uncovered seating areas for dining and lounging under the Florida sun. With a childproof fence for safety, and lots of pool toys, you can relax while the kids swim and play. Imagine having barbecues using the FREE BBQ with family as the sun sets, creating cherished moments together. Please note: the spa that is attached to the pool is NOT a hot tub (but it does have fun jets like a hot tub does and gets very hot). It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. In the rare occasion when the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the pool and spa heater shuts off automatically to protect from breaking. In those instances, the spa and pool water may be cold even when the heater is on. This is very rare and it will bounce back as soon as temperatures increase. When the spa heater is on, it takes heat from the pool so you might feel the pool get colder while the spa is hot.

Game Room/Arcade: Our game room is a treasure trove of fun with five stand-up arcade games (all set to free-play), a foosball table, air hockey, and a cozy TV area. It’s a space where laughter echoes and competitive spirits come alive!

FREE use of our Level 2 Tesla Universal EV charger. Think of how much money you'll save by not having to pay for gas on your vacation, our charger can charge both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles while you sleep.

Located in Solterra Resort, a secure, gated community with 24 hour security patrols, the resort has too many amenities to list (ok, I'll try!):

State-of-the-art fitness center, lazy river, large heated pool, hot tub, playground, snack bar, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball court, walking trails, beach volleyball, games/activities every day.

Our villa is located in Solterra Resort, close to Orlando's most iconic attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, and Legoland. After a day of excitement, retreat to your sanctuary where comfort, relaxation and fun await.

This is not a cookie cutter house in Orlando managed by a faceless property management company. We own and host based on exactly what we want when we travel - we hope you’ll see the difference that some real care and love have on your experience. It may not be the cheapest place out there, but you really do get what you pay for. If picking the lowest price villa is the most important variable in your decision, our place is probably not the right one for you. But if your goal is to be wow-ed with your vacation experience, I encourage you to give our place a shot - we'll make it special for you! Note: Solterra Resort charges a one-time fee for your entire stay if you want to use the club facilities (lazy river, large pool with water slide, playground, fitness room, tennis/pickleball courts, etc). This fee is not mandatory and only applies if you want to use the resort facilities. The fee goes directly to the resort and not to us (you pay it at the clubhouse, not through Vrbo) . For 1-12 guests, the one-time fee is $35 (total, not per guest), regardless of the length of your stay.
