The apartment was very clean, and well kept. The host was awesome, and provided everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and even got to play some pickle ball as there is a court very close by. However we made the decision to travel around by public transit which was a little hike to and from the bus stop, and also was a hour bus ride back and forth from halifax to the apartment which was the only downfall. We would definitely recommend staying here, and would love to book again in the future.

I had a great stay, the owner was amazing! The check-in process was so smooth, the owner's communication was great and it was a very affordable option.The place was spotless and they had so many accommodating things to our disposal (ex: dishwasher/laundry detergent, water bottles, dishes, anything you would need to cook, towels, soap/shampoo, feminine hygiene products, netflix account, wifi, etc..).I'd definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

The unit is new construction with new appliances so the condition of the property is excellent. The host was very kind, responsive, and made check‑in extremely easy. The space is clean, safe, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. For a short stay, it works well and offers good value.There were a few small things that could make the unit even more comfortable for future guests, but nothing that prevented me from having a good stay. Overall, a solid and convenient place to spend a couple of nights.

This is a very comfortable, quiet, super clean apartment. It is also very new as evidenced by packing material still noticeable on some appliances and chairs! Jennifer, the host, was very quick to respond to questions or anything we needed. The location is excellent for popping into Halifax and the neighbourhood itself seemed quiet and walkable with parks - although we were so busy in Halifax we didn’t get a chance to explore it. We didn’t cook - just had a few breakfast things - but I did notice the pots/pans/dishes would likely need to be added to if someone wants to make a full meal. It was more than adequate for what we wanted. I can’t emphasize enough how clean and spotless it was, super comfortable bed. I would imagine the host will be adding side tables with lighting (e.g. side table lamp in bedroom) and this would only enhance it even more. Fireplace (electric) is also in working order and a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in Dartmouth making wedding plans with our daughter. My daughter’s cats meant we needed a place to stay. We are so happy that we chose Jennifer’s place. It was an easy check in and check out. The place was spotlessly clean and welcoming with cozy socks left for each of us by the host. The bed was very comfortable with cozy bedding for the season. The shower (no tub), was large and well lit with a built in seat and grab rails. Communication was easy with prompt responses to be sure we had what we needed. The location was in a new subdivision with transit near by and easy travel to downtown by car. The unit was basically new. The appliances and furnishings were new. We definitely recommend this host. We will choose this booking again when we visit our daughter.

The start of my trip wasn't smooth . The description stated that there was a sofa bed . The sofa doesn't convert into a bed, and definitely it isn't ideal to sleep on if you are on the "big" side . After spending an hour with customer service to find a solution and to receive compensation , the host did provide me with a mattress . On the positive note, the place is very clean . I liked that there was a washer and dryer .
