Situated in the beautiful Wharewaka, you are never far from the lake edge. And with a brand new shopping centre just up the road you will have everything you need for your perfect holiday.

Sleepout/ Bedroom 4, Queen bed with Ensuite and its own heat pump for warming in winter months and cooling during the warmer months.
The Garage is not available for guest use.
All linens are provided, and the beds will be made for your arrival—so you can relax and unwind right away.
This amazing home is suitable for families or couples on a golf, shopping, fishing, skiing or sightseeing trip or just for the perfect getaway.
PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.

The whole home is yours to access and enjoy including, plenty of off-street parking to bring the boat.
The sleepout is available for the full house numbers.
The Garage is not available for guest use.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

This is a very safe, quiet and family friendly neighbourhood.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
