BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 1: King Size Bed (Bed cannot be split)

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds that can be zipped together to form a Super King Size bed

Bedroom 3: King Size Bed (Can be split into 2 Single Beds)

*You must inform us at least three days prior to your reservation if you would like a super king size bed in Bedroom 2, otherwise there will be a $100 charge to come out and change them.



Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Wakatipu, a 5-minute walk from the downtown Queenstown centre.



It is a very quiet neighbourhood... centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.



Getting Around:

Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is right across the street and It's only a 500 m walk to the shops and restaurants.



There is a dedicated, on-site, free car space in the underground carpark.



Other Things to Note:

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.

A maximum of 6 guests allowed. The person making the booking needs to be 25 years or older... unless otherwise authorised. Please contact us if the person booking is not 25 or older.
