Listen to the sound of the waves putting you to sleep at night.
Ideally located this three bedroom original holiday cottage that has been lovingly renovated. It is an easy walk to beaches and bays or the local general store and cafe.
Living area with smart TV (Sony Bravia 55 inch) and an additional seating area.
Two of the three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
All bed linen provided along with one towel per person, bath mats and hand towels, and tea towels.
Relax on the undercover front deck and enjoy the ocean glimpses through the trees in the opposite waterfront reserve of washerwomans beach.
Local kangaroos also come to graze along this area.
There is also a gas BBQ for you to enjoy outdoor cooking.
This home is beautifully decorated and comfortable.
The new kitchen has all the latest modern conveniences along with an induction stove top and oven.
High chair in locked storeroom - please let us know if you would like it left out.

There is an additional electric heater for colder weather.
The house has two bathrooms and laundry facilities.
Being fully fenced the kids can enjoy playing safely in the large yard.
No pets allowed.
Outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Bendalong is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.
At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.
Strictly no smoking inside.
Parties, weddings, bucks nights and events not to be held at the property.
