Having lived in the area for many years, I can provide the best local tips on where to find the most authentic food in Sunnybank or the easiest ways to navigate Brisbane’s public transport.
I value the peace and quiet of our neighborhood, which is why I take great care in maintaining a serene environment for my guests. I live on-site in a separate part of the house, so I am usually available within minutes if you need assistance, while always ensuring you have 100% privacy to enjoy your suite.

What I love most is the incredible cultural energy of the area. We are just minutes away from Market Square and Sunnybank Plaza, which have effectively become Brisbane’s new 'Chinatown.' The food scene here is world-class; you can find everything from authentic dim sum to hidden-gem Korean BBQ, all within a 5-minute drive.
Despite being so close to these vibrant hubs, our specific pocket is a peaceful residential sanctuary. I love that I can walk to the train station in under 10 minutes and be in the Brisbane CBD or heading toward the Gold Coast, yet return home to a quiet cul-de-sac where you can actually hear the birds. It’s a leafy, safe, and friendly neighborhood that feels like a true community, and that’s exactly the experience I want to share with my guests."
