Ca'n Lavanda is the special country house in a quiet secluded location on the slope of the Galdent mountain with a wide view over Llucmajor to the sea with the island of Cabrera.
Ca'n Lavanda is a private house with tasteful furnishings in an absolutely quiet rural location. You are the only guest. The richly blooming and fragrant lavender has given the house its name.
The large property is practically invisible and shielded from the way by a high wall, so you can feel completely unobserved. The immediately adjacent plots are almond plantations.
On several large terraces around the house everyone can find their corner in the shade or in the sun. The property is situated so that you can enjoy sunshine from early morning until sunset. All rooms have access to the terraces.
A pleasantly cooling, light wind often blows through the hillside. Sleeping on the outer bed on the roof terrace under the starry sky is particularly pleasant after hot days.
Warm and cold water runs in the Moorish outdoor shower - a special treat on fresh mornings and hot days.

Charmante Finca mit wunderbarer Aussicht, Entspannung pur

Wir wurden vor Ort herzlich empfangen und prima betreut. Die Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll, mit persönlicher Note eingerichtet und von besonderem Charme. Die reichhaltige Ausstattung, auch mit Strandequipement, läßt wohl kaum Wünsche offen. Die weitläufigen Terrassenbereiche rund ums Haus fanden wir besonders schön und bieten für jeden das passende Lieblingsplätzchen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber dafür wunderbar ruhig. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel aber recht zentral gelegen (z. B. ca. 25 Minuten zum Badestrand Sa Rapita oder nach Palma). Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein paradiesisches Hideaway

Wir wurden wettermäßig und persönlich wärmstens empfangen und willkommen geheißen. Das Anwesen entspricht den hohen Erwartungen, die wir hatten. Die Lage traumhaft mit Blick auf Lluchmajor und bis zur Insel Cabrera. Das Haus liebevoll gepflegt und voll ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Terrassen rund ums Haus und auf dem Dach einfach nur klasse. Mandelbaum, Maulbeerbaum, Pfefferbaum, Johannisbrotbaum, Mandarinen, Zitronen, Oleander, Lavendel, Kräuter lassen einen glauben, dass man dem Paradies hier ein Stück näher ist. Die Umgebung ruhig. Ein paar Hähne krähen, ein paar Hunde bellen mal irgendwo, Waldohreulen und Zwergohreulen rufen nachts. Grauschnäpper brüteten im Pfefferbaum. Und die Gastgeber freuten sich über unsere Freude. Viel mehr geht nicht. Lieben Dank, Frau Lazzeroni, dass wir in Ihrem Haus urlauben durften. Lieben Dank, Frau Wagner, für Ihre immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Finca in ruhiger Lage mit toller Aussicht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Urlaub in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Finca. Wer Ruhe und immer ein lauschiges Plätzchen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Lazzeroni und Frau Wagner war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Kurzurlaub auf Ihrer Finca verbringen durften. Herzliche Grüße
