Beautiful open concept apartment completely renovated, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located upstairs, with a view and direct access to the shores of Lake Champlain. A full kitchen is located in the center of the accommodation, on one side there are 2 Queen beds, on the other a lounge area with 2 single beds. There are 3 steps in the apartment to access the bathroom. Large glass shower, separate bathtub, double vanity and recessed toilet. The dining room opens onto a large balcony with a view of the Venice-en-Quebec marina: Marina. The balcony is equipped with a patio set and a propane BBQ. In addition, 2 kayaks and a canoe with paddles and personal flotation devices are at your disposal. In winter, it is a prime location for activities on the lake: ice fishing, ice skates directly in front of the loft. A few steps away, the municipality is setting up skating rinks of yesteryear all winter long...

Exceptional stay.

Pictures definitely do not capture how cozy it is. Very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and toiletries. Location is beautiful, there is a great view from the deck and having lake access is a great perk

Rainy Journey

The place was perfect with an awesome view of the lake. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. although it rained the entire time we took that as a sign to get some rest and relaxation.

L'acces au canoe et kayak est tres bien, cepenant, nous avons eu a les nettoyer un peu avant de les utiliser.L'eau du lac était un peu haute et on ne peut pas dire qu'il y avait une plage devant le chalet (ceci n'est pas de la faute au propriétaire, il faut juste en tenir compte si on croit aller passer une semaine a la plage...). Nous avons cependant pris les embarcations pour nous rendre a la plage du camping Champlain en nous assurant de ne pas déranger personne avec les embarcations.Puisque le condo est au deuxieme étage, il faut monter un escalier pour s'y rendre. Ce n'est donc pas conseillé pour une personne avec difficulté de déplacement, encore moins en fauteuil roulant. Le bon coté par contre c'est qu'il n'y a pas de voisin en dessous alors on ne craint pas de déranger qui que ce soit.Autrement, l'endroit était tres propre et bien climatisé avec vue sur le lac.Merci a Roxanne pour ses services.

L'appartement contenait tout ce qu'il faut et était propre.Cependant nous nous serions attendus à ce que les postes de la télévision comprennent à tout le moins Radio Canada de Montréal. Les postes prévus se rapportaient à la Saskatchewan, l'Acadie, et autres villes canadiennes, sauf Montréal. Les nouvelles des autres provinces ne m'intéressent pas. L'appartement est au Québec dont on s'attend à avoir un poste de télévision du Québec.

Bonjour Suzanne, Il s'agit d'un téléviseur avec Roku intégré qui contient déjà beaucoup de postes par défaut. Mais les postes du Québec sont bel et bien disponibles (Télé-Québec, Radio-Canada, TVA,...) sous l'onglet Canada TV. Dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas contacter à ce propos pendant votre séjour. Par ailleurs, il y a aussi le wifi gratuit à votre disposition.

Bel appartement propre

L’appartement est très propre et bien situé. En plein cœur du village. Ne pas se fier à l’édifice en arrivant. Le condo est au deuxième étage. Il est très moderne, propre et neuf à l’intérieur. J’ai apprécié le plancher chauffant dans la salle de bain qui d’ailleurs gigantesque! Très belle vue sur le patio qui est assez grand pour faire manger 6 adultes

Endroit Magnifique et Calme

On a passé de bons moments en famille. On avait un beau paysage, et les commodités facile d'accès à pied. Très apprécié.
