Fantastic short stay

We stayed here for a friend’s birthday who lives nearby. The facilities were excellent for our needs. The property is very well equipped, and has a great garden with outdoor equipment. The nearby railway line was no problem as there were only about 2 trains per hour. Would definitely recommend.

Ne devrait pas être loué en l état.

Déception totale. Les photos de l'annonce montrent de l ancien, on frise le vétuste: cuisinière rouillée, fenêtres non isolantes alors qu'on est adossé a la voie SNCF. Fils électriques apparents dans l'escalier, porte WC avec 10 cm de jour au sol, sommiers HS à l 'étage...le prix ne justifie pas tout. Désolant qu'Abritel cautionne cela. Heureusement que la météo nous a permis de vivre essentiellement dehors.

Très difficile de rentrer un véhicule voir impossible Maison au bord d’une voie ferrée Une salle de douche et un We pour 7 couchages Canapés couverts de tâches devraient être changés Je n’en dirai pas plus...... Je ne recommande pas

Douche et wc pour 7 c'est stipulé dans l'annonce. Le canapé a été taché malheureusement mais nous avons mis un plaid avant de songer à le remplacer dès notre venue en France. il est vrai que l'entrée n'est pas large mais suffisant pour y garer une voiture. Un parking à 20 mètres de la maison est disponible. Sinon le tarif de 80€ pour 7 personnes ne vous a pas paru peu chère ? 🤔

La pièce à l'étage avec le billard jouet est sympa. Cette maison est mal isolée et chauffe mal donc à éviter en hiver. Tout a un certain âge mais pour quelques jours c'est acceptable. La gestionnaire est très gentille, vous fait confiance. Une ligne de chemin de fer passe le long de la maison. Ce n'est pas mentionné. Peu de trains passent mais on entend bien ceux du matin. Si vous êtes sensibles aux bruits durant votre sommeil, pas de grasse matinée. A part cela, logement agréable et spacieux, région géniale pour des ballades à vélo sans voitures sur la route.

Très bien située pour visiter la côte d'opale, bon accueil nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, dommage pour la ligne de chemin de fer juste derrière la maison

Terrain non clos Escalier qui mène aux chambres des enfants non sécurisé par une barrière. Lave linge ne fonctionne pas Au niveau propreté très bien

bonjour le terrain était supposer etre clôturer par le voisin la semaine dernière celui ci a eu un décès dans sa famille . nous n avons pas juger utile de mettre une barrière mais la remarque es pertinente .pour le lave linge il fonctionne très bien . la touche essorage 400 tmn etais enfoncée . par contre karine a afirmer que la douche etais en parfais etats avant votre passage et la le tyaux de douche es casser celle ci passe apres chaque location pour le nettoyage et l etat des lieux bien a vous Darimont Henry .

Very pleasant stay :)

We had a lovely stay at the gite. Karine, the manager, is wonderful and very communicative. We had a problem with one of the beds and it got sorted out straight away ☺️ The only critic I have is that my son was very excited about being able to play pool but the table is in such a strange place, it is impossible to play.. the table is wonky so the balls just roll to the side and there is not enough room to go around the table either. Maybe a bit of changing around if possible? We would definitely stay again though ☺️

Peu mieux faire

Nous avons séjourner 5 nuits dans le logement. La personne qui s'occupe du gite a été d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Pas de communication avec le propriétaire. Gros soucis de chauffage dès le début du séjour. 15 degrés dans la maison alors qu'il est mentionné qu'un bébé de 15 mois fait parti du voyage et que le propriétaire dit à la gérante qu'il est au courant du problème c'est moyen sérieux. C'est la gérante qui a envoyé son mari à 21h le soir (le lendemain de l'arrivée) pour essayer de régler le problème. Et derrière aucun message d'excuses du propriétaire. De plus le logement est loin d'être niquel. Dommage il y a du potentiel.

BONJOUR je ne suis propriétaire que depuis un ans une nouvelle installation électrique et chauffage on ete mise en place dont je n ais pas encore pus juger tout les défauts notre personne de confiance vous a dépanner dans dans un délais d 1h 30 suivant votre appel ( comment faire mieux ) je n ais reçus aucun email ou appel téléphonique de votre part afin de me pouvoir me justifier ! au niveau du confort je ne vois pas de quoi vous pouvez manquer nous avons réalisé un maximum pour les locataires que ce sois au niveau infrastructure ou matériel mit a votre disposition . bien a vous Henri ps : vous faite partie de nos première expérience et avec le temps des amélioration seront apportées
