Great private beach - no need for water shoes. Not a far walk, at all, from the house to the beach.

It has a stunning view and a great layout. They had nice linens and comfy beds. Very nice furniture and extras that were very nice. The outdoor deck has great places to eat and relax all night. The kitchen was very nice. I wish I would have known it was a shell beach. A lot of cut feet/toes. I would have bought water shoes for the kids. It was amazing once you got into the ocean past the shells. The bads: Communication was frustrating at best. When the skylight was leaking and one of the exterior doors didn't close all the way and the response was "I'll notify the owner" multiple times. We had to rig it so we felt semi safe at night and when we left. We had to put out a bowl for the leak. The sliders need replaced. They barely slide and are broken. Most of our party couldn't even open it. I was not happy with the cleanliness. I had to sweep the floors and there were hairs in the master shower/tub. It made me feel like we needed to clean everything after driving 16 hours. Overall it was a good stay it could have been amazing with customer service and actually sending someone especially with the door not closing and broken.

The property was perfect for our extended family’s vacation. We were right on the beach and the house was very clean. The beaches were not crowded at all. Our guest contact, Debbie, was also very accommodating making sure everything was perfect.
