We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We loved having the outdoor shower to rinse off. The ocean view and beach access were amazing. It was a bonus to have a Nespresso machine. Highly recommend!

The host, Ben, was great. Attentive & friendly. The location is 5 star! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the decks and Kitchen, DR, and Lr. Right on the secluded beach, steps from the house- yet close to Flagler beach shops etc. Pet friendly. Fabulous amenities including the soaps, lotions, plentiful towels, comfy beds, all the pot, pans, dishes etc you’ll need, outdoor furniture and fire pit, washer/dryer and kids games. why not 5 stars?? No TV in ocean view guest BR. Don’t recommend for seniors or those with balance/mobility issues: Driveway very steep/difficult to walk on or load/ unload/park more than 1 car. BRs are up steep, narrow stairs with uneven tread heights.
