Set on over 3 acres of raised land, this modern (2017-built) cottage offers breathtaking near 360° panoramic views of the surrounding water and landscape—allowing you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the same property.
While the property overlooks the lake from all sides, direct water access is nearby via a public launch, making it easy to enjoy kayaking, boating, and other water activities without compromising the privacy and elevation of the home.
What makes this place truly special is the experience it creates. Our family has enjoyed many memorable moments here—from birthdays to New Year celebrations—and we’ve designed the space to comfortably host gatherings while still offering quiet areas to relax.

We’re a family based in the GTA who created this property as a place to step away from busy city life and enjoy time together in nature. What started as a personal retreat has gradually become a space we’re happy to share with others who appreciate privacy, comfort, and a well-maintained environment.
We’ve put a lot of thought into making the cottage functional for families and groups—from spacious indoor areas to outdoor features that allow everyone to relax or stay active. We personally use the property, so we care about keeping it clean, organized, and properly managed.
As hosts, we aim to keep things simple and reliable: clear communication, easy self check-in, and a smooth experience from arrival to departure. While we’re not on-site, we’re always available if needed.
If you’re looking for a place to unwind, spend quality time, and enjoy the outdoors without unnecessary complications, this is exactly what we designed it for.

The area is also great for boating, fishing, and exploring nearby parks and hiking trails, making it suitable whether you want a quiet stay or something more active.
