Welcome to your relaxing Taupō getaway! Nestled in a quiet location with beautiful views overlooking the lake, this spacious family home is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

The main living level upstairs features three comfortable bedrooms and a bright, open living space designed for easy holiday living. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed and private ensuite, bedroom two offers a Queen bed plus a single bed, and bedroom three has two single beds and a pull-out trundle bed — ideal for families or groups.

Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced private backyard, perfect for kids to play or for relaxing after a day exploring everything Taupō has to offer.
Complimentary WiFi, tea and coffee are provided to make your stay even more comfortable.

For larger groups, the downstairs level can also be opened when additional guests are booked and extra guest fees are paid. This area includes two extra bedrooms — one with a King bed and another smaller room with a single bunk set — along with a kitchenette and two bathrooms, offering extra space and privacy for extended families or friends travelling together.

There’s plenty of parking available on the driveway, and the garage can be accessed internally and opened manually for guest use.

A porta-cot is also available on request.

Whether you’re bringing the boat, kayaks, bikes, fishing rods, or simply a good book, this home is the perfect base for a peaceful Taupō escape.

Guests have full access to the upper level of the home during their stay. The lower level is available by arrangement when additional guests are included in the booking.

The garage can be accessed via the internal stairway and the main garage door is opened manually. There is plenty of parking available on the driveway, with space in the garage for smaller items such as bikes, a jet ski, or a small trailer.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveler the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
For access to the downstairs studio area, must be pre arranged before arrival.
