Enjoy a luxurious Cabo San Lucas getaway at Villa La Estancia 1305, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom Premium Ocean View Villa located on the famous Medano Beach. This spacious villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, offering over 2,300 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space.
From the oversized covered balcony on the third floor, guests can relax while overlooking the upper pool and enjoying spectacular ocean views. The villa has been thoughtfully upgraded and exceptionally maintained, reflecting true pride of ownership. Many past guests who frequently visit Cabo have become loyal repeat visitors.
The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a Samsung curved TV, sitting area, and desk space. The second bedroom includes two queen-size beds and a comfortable sitting area. Recent upgrades include stone-tiled bedroom walls, granite kitchen counters, a large stainless-steel sink and faucet, and marble basin sinks with upgraded faucets in all bathrooms.
Guests enjoy access to the 5-star amenities of Villa La Estancia, including oversized pools, swim-up bar, hot tubs, fire pits, restaurants, mini-market, deli, gym, tennis courts, pickleball, 24-hour security, concierge services, and nearby spa services at Desert Spa at Villa del Arco.
Housekeeping is provided before check-in, at check-out, and during the stay depending on the length of the reservation. The villa is also supplied with basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, and paper towels.
