This beautiful apartment located in the Portes du Soleil residence has been completely renovated in 2018.



It is composed of:



- A very large living room with an open kitchen overlooking the south-facing terrace.



- A double room.



- A hallway fitted with storage cabinets.



- A separate bathroom and laundry area with a shoe dryer.



- Two shower rooms, one of which has a toilet.



- A children's room with 2 bunk beds.



Finally, a second double room, with its closet and a south-facing balcony to best enjoy the view.

You will have access to 100% of the apartment.

The Portes du Soleil residence benefits from a central location in Avoriaz, with all shops located at the foot of the residence.



With its high floor (7th) the apartment is quiet in the evening and offers you a breathtaking view day and night.



The residence has ski-in & ski-out access facilitated by the blue slope crossing Avoriaz and allowing you to arrive directly at the foot of the residence.



Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can move around by ski, on foot, by sled, or by horse-drawn carriage.

Super séjour en famille.

La terrasse plein sud, le mobilier sur la terrasse. l’emplacement . Suffisamment de rangement pour 8 personnes. Les jeux à disposition. La raclette. La rallonge de la table. Les deux salles de bain Des rideaux ou stores qui ferment mieux. Il a fait très chaud c’est bien isolé mais pas phoniquement on entend le bruit d’en bas malgré le 7eme étage

Perfect location, lovely place, absolutely huge balcony which we really loved. Helpful hosts who even had a bottle of champagne for us on arrival which was very nice. The place is right in the middle of lots of pubs and restaurants so it can be somewhat noisy until late which for some people may be a negative but didn't effect our group as we were usually out til late!
