Steps to a very quiet boat launch makes it perfect for boat owners (please note you do need to take your boat out after each use).

Have quiet and peaceful evenings under the stars, but you are only a short drive away from downtown Osoyoos, numerous wineries and sandy public beaches.

Exactly as described; everything suited our needs. My sister lives in Oliver and this home was great for us all as we travelled the short distance to be with her, but we still had time to ourselves.
