Ceci est une configuration à la maison pour passer des vacances très confortables et relaxantes. Oui, j'ai votre nouvelle configuration de place avec 3 lits queen de luxe et 1 futon. Il y a un lecteur LCD et dvd 55 '32' et 2 x 26 'pour chacun, câble un WiFi naturel et hors cours est disponible. Vous avez un système de divertissement à domicile par ordinateur relié au LCD 55 'et au système stéréo. Oui, un refroidisseur à vin pour ces bouteilles importantes pour un verre de vin sur l'un des 2 balcons, l'un avec une vue remarquable sur le lac et la nuit une vue incroyable sur le lac et la ville dans les lumières. tout le confort du salon en cuir et des imprimés numérotés tout autour, avec une touche de style mexicain dans la cuisine. La liste continue de 4 chaises et chaises de plage et une petite glacière pour votre usage privé pour peut-être une de ces sorties d'une journée, car il y a tellement de choses à voir des lacs et des caves tout autour en une heure de route. oui comptoirs en marbre eau purifiée dans le réfrigérateur avec de la glace pour garder vos boissons dans la glace, ou faire un mélangeur avec la balle ou un mélangeur ordinaire. un adoucisseur d'eau aide à prendre une douche ou une charge de linge également fournie dans l'unité. Compliment complet de vaisselle et de verres, étant en plastique pour la piscine, c'est juste à l'extérieur de votre balcon au rez-de-chaussée, parle de commodité, oui, j'ai pensé à tout ce que je voudrais, quand tout ce que je pourrais avoir, c'est les vêtements dans ma valise. La cuisine sera un plaisir si c'est ce que vous aimez faire avec une grande barque, des casseroles et des poêles, une rizière, une mijoteuse, un torréfacteur électrique, un moulin à grains pour ces cafés du matin. La liste est longue, oui trop à mentionner. Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que vous serez dans le confort et que vous aimerez votre séjour, et s'il y a quelque chose que j'ai oublié, envoyez-moi un e-mail et il sera là pour vos vacances de retour.

We had a wonderful stay! Terry was super fast to respond to anything asked. The place had everything we needed and more. Location to water, views, walking routes and pool were wonderful!We were 3 adults, dog and baby. Being steps to the pool and boat, having 3 bathrooms, bedrooms downstairs and upper and ground level decks worked fabulously! Thanks Terry!

Terry was easy to deal with and the rental was a great place for our group. The unit is conveniently located very close to the pool. The floor plan is ideal with three bedrooms on the lower level, and the kitchen, dining room, living room on the upper floor. The unit is well stocked with everything we could need. This is one of those times where you check in and say “this is better than I expected”. We were surprised to learn that bedroom linens needed to be washed, dried, and folded prior to check out, which did not work with our travel plans. Terry was accommodating and we found a solution, but it is worth knowing that this is an expectation prior to booking.

The view of lake and mountains were wonderful! The place was very cozy and had all the comforts of home. The home was clean and bedding was really comfortable.Location was great!The only thing disappointing was that the hot tub was off for the season due to health Canada requirements (no fault of the owner).

Wonderful family friendly resort. Kids loved the pool, an no one felt out of place. Clean functional suite with everything you could need or want. Moorage was great for the boat. We hope to make it back next year!

Excellent property!

One of the best provisioned properties I've ever stayed at. Pretty much everything you need for your stay is provided. Big 3 bedroom condo overlooking the lake and the pool area. Great deck for chilling or having your morning coffee. The property has a private doc with a swimming area and is also beside a small public beach.

This unit comes very well stocked with just about every appliance you could ask for. It is comfortable, spacious and has a lovely view of the lake. The BBQ is on the back porch and was clean, with propane. The pool is directly in front of the unit for easy access, and there are attentive and friendly pool and garden staff that keep the complex very well kept. We recommend this unit for both families in the summer (easy access to the pool), and seniors in September and beyond (much quieter, with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the view and warm evening breeze). Owner Terry was very responsive to any concerns, and reached out to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.

Great stay at lakeshore villas!

This complex is my favorite place to stay in Osoyoos. The units are nice and spacious, the pool and hot tub are very well maintained and the best part is the private dock across the street. This unit was very well stocked with beach chairs etc and everything was great there was just one major reason I can’t give 5 stars and that’s the check out policy. You are required to wash your bedding but then also wait for it to dry and then fold it and leave it on each bed. This is a 3 bedroom unit with one small stackable washing machine so that equaled over 3 hours of waiting on our check out day. I have stayed in a lot of rentals including several in this building and never ever have been asked to do this. I just wish I knew ahead of time I would have just brought my own bedding. If that’s not an issue for you then I highly recommend this one!

Great choice for an Osoyoos getaway

Lakeshore Villas is a well-kept complex in Osoyoos with many attributes including beautiful grounds, swimming pool, a large private dock and an adjacent public beach area. Terry's townhome itself is also well-kept and fully equipped for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It's a two-level unit with the main living area on the upper level, accessible by a flight of stairs directly beside its own covered carport. This unit has a wonderful view on the lake, mountains and sunsets from the deck on the upper living level that we much appreciated and enjoyed. Being west-facing though, it can get quite warm on the deck in the afternoon and evening during hot and sunny days (tip: set up an umbrella for shade). You also have to expect/enjoy/tolerate the sounds of people talking and kids playing in the pool area below. The ground floor has three bedrooms, which contributed to being ideally cooler during hot summer nights. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a sliding door leading to a small patio area, where we were able to store our inflatables and kayak. This also provided a direct pathway to the grounds and pool. The complex allows pets, as does Terry in his unit, so we were importantly able to bring our family dog. Although pets are not allowed to relieve themselves anywhere on the grounds, there is an adjacent field that solved this potential problem. Our dog also enjoyed swimming from the public beach across the street, or playing in an off-leash area that was a short walk away. Terry was quick to respond during the booking process and throughout our stay, and came by when we checked out to ensure all was good (which it very much was, thanks!).

This unit in Lakeshore Villas was very enjoyable to stay in. The unit was spotless on check in. 3 comfortable bedrooms. It was fully equipped and had a good view of the lake from the second floor. Good wifi. The unit was very quiet. Very good communication with the manager. We would stay again.

Superb Vacation Accommodation

This was a perfect place for 3 women on a wine tasting adventure. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, very well-equipped, and in a great location in Osoyoos. We would highly recommend it. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

I have stayed at another unit in this complex before, but this one was superior. Full stocked with everything you could possibly need, great location near the pool, beds were very comfortable and the host was absolutely amazing to deal with! Hoping to return next year.

Ladies' summer birthday getaway

Terry was fantastic to deal with, he answered any questions I emailed him, promptly. Everything you could want was there, at the property. It was so clean, the beds, pillows and bedding were extremely comfortable, better than at any hotel I've ever stayed. A/C kept us cool and comfortable, it was a beautiful, hot weekend! We brought our own food and cooked most our meals there, kitchen had everything we could need. Loved the patio access to instantly get to the pool to cool off, read a book on one of the many loungers. Just a short path and gate to the little beach across the road was perfect to bring our SUP. Lovely walk into town one day for some shopping, only a few km away. Always felt very safe, surrounded by a very nicely maintained neighbourhood. Had the best 50th birthday I could have dreamed of, I will definitely be returning!

Beautiful townhome

Such a great place! Has everything you need, the location is amazing, the townhome is beautiful and the view just tops it off. I would highly recommend and stay again. The property manager explained everything and was easy to contact. We had a great time!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Its always about location. this property has great views during the day and Night. My place is right in front of the pool area, so if parents want to relax on balcony, and watch children easily from there chairs. Large dock and beach out front, if you prefer lake. Bottom floor walks out to pool area, where 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms are with a balcony area. top floor is open concept, with another balcony for veining the lake and pool.
