Situé sur le lac Osoyoos, le Casa Del Mila Oro Resort avec son design de style santa fe est parfaitement situé pour vos vacances à Osoyoos. Ce complexe familial dispose d'un magnifique front de mer, ainsi que d'une piscine et d'un bain à remous et est situé à quelques pas du parc d'attractions Rattlesnake Canyon.

A quelques minutes en voiture, les vignobles du sud de l'Okanagan attendent votre visite (Nk'Mip Cellars, Burrowing Owl ainsi que les nombreux vignobles du célÚbre Golden Mile). Les terrains de golf de la région comprennent le 36 trous Osoyoos Golf and Country Club ainsi que Fairview Mountain (a été classé parmi les 100 meilleurs parcours au Canada).

Cette spacieuse maison de ville de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains de 1600 pieds carrés a été récemment décorée et dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée. La chambre principale a une salle de bains, un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat ainsi qu'une terrasse extérieure avec une belle vue sur le lac, la deuxiÚme chambre donnant sur la piscine a un lit queen size et une télévision à écran plat et la troisiÚme chambre un lit double avec un lit simple au-dessus .

La cuisine entiÚrement équipée a des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, le salon comprend un canapé-lit et une télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces. Le patio extérieur a une vue magnifique sur le lac et dispose d'un barbecue de taille généreuse et de meubles de patio.

La maison de ville a également un garage simple et une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Wes was fantastic! We had a couple of issues and he promptly responded! The condo is beautiful and the location is great, especially if you have a dog as there is a great dog park with beach acces and it's adjacent to the complex. There is some road noise and chatter from neighbouring condos which is expected given the location. The condo is fully equipped and is well laid out. Easy travelling within Osoyoos and enjoying wineries from town to Oliver!

Excellent little family getaway!

Loved our stay at Casa Del Mila Oro :) The townhouse was clean and comfy! Pool was great as was the private waterfront area with dock. Was nice to be able moor our boat right there. Our kiddo had a blast swimming, fishing and scootering around the area. As well as Rattlesnake Canyon. The dog park was nice and close, so easy for us with our two furry family members. Wes (owner) was helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this spot! Thanks again for a lovely stay. Cheers!

Couldn’t ask for better. Spacious clean home right on the lake and a great pool for the kids. Host was fantastic and communication was never a problem.

The place was gleaming and smelt clean and fresh on arrival, the property and the pool were amazing again! Everything near by, we could not have asked for more, so many friends for the kids to play with and just have a blast being kids! We are so great Fil!

Beautiful spot

My family and I stayed in various spots within this resort. Great pool!!! Beautiful access to the lake and beach front. Besides the elderly neighbors that did not like our wedding celebrations, even though we were very respectful, it was just about perfect. I’d recommend this place for families, and couples and everyone. đŸ‘đŸœ

Perfect stay

The pictures don’t show how great this place is! My wife and I stayed 7 nights with my 8, 5, and 2 year old and my parents joined us for 3 of those nights. Plenty of room to move around the kitchen and dining table. Comfortable, clean beds. The patio outside is great, crosswalk to the private beach area and dock is right outside. The pool was warm and clean, and the atmosphere! People are just all kind, the kids all played together and met some great summer friends. Location is awesome too! A walk to: -Junction 3 coffee -Rattlesnake Canyon amusement -Pizza joint a block away -distillery with cocktails and tastings a block away -4 person pedal bike down the walkway You can kayak for 2 minutes to get to Haynes point sandbar and walk in the middle of the lake for 100s of feet, and you’re only a 3 minute drive from downtown. We even did Anarchist mountain lookout and spotted lake on the same trip in 45 minutes from here! We could easily make this an annual family trip, what a treat!

Beautiful property

We have never been to this area before and were so surprised at the beauty of this lake. We biked and wine tasted. The comfortable town house is situated on the lake with comfortable outdoor patio for great views.

Great Family Vacation

Great family vacation in a fantastic location. Unit was clean and well equipped. Location was great with access to the lake right across the street. Pool and hot tub were also a bonus for the kids. The nearby off leash dog beach was also a plus for our furry companion.

Fabulous place in perfect location

Very spacious condo. Wes was very easy to contact and happy to answer any questions regarding our stay. Property manager on site (Stacy) was very friendly and helpful. Back doors open to patio and common grass- directly across from boat dock. The suite itself was very roomy and comfortable for our party of six adults. Very clean and stocked with towels. Utensils and all dishes supplied but bring along all food items - including salt, pepper, sugar, Saran Wrap etc. 10 out of 10!

Lovely Accommodation!

This was our first time using VRBO to rent a property for our annual trip to Osoyoos and we were pleasantly surprised by HOW MUCH we loved it. Wes was awesome and made the booking/checking process quite simple, and called to follow up about halfway through our trip to make sure things were going well! The photos for this location don’t really do it justice honestly... We were not expecting it to be as spacious as it was based on the photos, so walking in we were all quite happy to see it’s size - very comfortable. The place was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, we used the BBQ daily, and the patio overlooking the lake was a beautiful spot for us to sit out and enjoy our meals. The community of people staying there was also great - lots of families. Everyone there was nice, respectful and all smiles all the time. Fun vibe! The location itself is absolutely ideal. Directly across from the lake, pool & hot tub on property, right around the corner from Rattlesnake that we frequented for ice cream and Campo our favourite resto in town - the Sage is also just a 10 minute walk or so which makes it very simple if you’re looking to go have a couple drinks. All in all, we can’t wait to be back next year!

Perfect location and spacious accommodations for our ladies group!

This property is perfectly located across the street from a beach which is private for the residents of this complex! The townhouse itself has very spacious living accommodations for a group of 8. The owner is easy to deal with and accommodating. The cleaning staff are extremely friendly and thorough. The decor is adequate and the kitchen is fairly stocked with the exception of some basics like salt and pepper, tin foil etc so bring your own!

Decent spot, great location looking onto the lake.

Nice place but could use a little TLC. Carpets need to be shampooed and some paint touch ups are needed. The pool was nice to have since it was pretty hot the one day with no wind. Overall it was clean and well kept.

Large open spacious room for family of 8.

Had a wonderful time at the townhome. Spacious downstairs family area with large kitchen area. Bedrooms were open, large windows in two bedrooms. Deck off main bedroom was dusty and could have used a sweep/wash. Family enjoyed the stay looking forward to going back and staying there again.

Growing up my family's vacations always included a week in the South Okanagan, so the area is special to me. I am thrilled to own a vacation home in Casa Del Mila Oro. Specifically, I enjoy the views of Osoyoos Lake as well as the feel of the town of Osoyoos. Having grown up on a farm, I especially appreciate the beauty of the area's orchards and vineyards. Of course all the golf courses and the beach make my trips complete!
