Situé sur le lac Osoyoos, le Casa Del Mila Oro Resort avec son design de style santa fe est parfaitement situé pour vos vacances à Osoyoos. Ce complexe familial dispose d'un beau front de mer, ainsi que d'une piscine et d'un bain à remous et est situé à quelques pas du parc d'attractions Rattlesnaked Canyon.

A quelques minutes en voiture, les vignobles du sud de l'Okannagan attendent votre visite (Nk'Mip Cellars, Burrowing Owl ainsi que les nombreux vignobles du célÚbre Golden Mile). Les terrains de golf de la région comprennent le Osoyoos Golf and Country Club de 36 trous ainsi que Fairview Mountain (classé parmi les 100 meilleurs parcours au Canada).

Cette spacieuse maison de ville de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains de 1600 pieds carrés est nouvellement décorée et dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée. La chambre principale a une salle de bains, un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat ainsi qu'une terrasse extérieure avec une belle vue sur le lac, la deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits doubles et la troisiÚme un lit double.

La cuisine entiÚrement équipée a des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, le salon a une télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces. le patio extérieur a une vue magnifique sur le lac et un barbecue de taille généreuse ainsi que des meubles de patio.

La maison de ville a également un garage simple et une laveuse et une sécheuse. L'amarrage des bateaux est également disponible moyennant un supplément sur le quai de notre complexe.

Beautiful view

This property was perfect for our family of 6 with everything you need. Comfortable beds and very good air conditioning, the 2 main things I look for in renting a place. During a week of smoke and not ideal beach condo, th e pool and hot tub were a messing for the kids. The manager, Wes, was super great and always reachable if you needed him for anything. And most helpful and kind. The kids loved walking to Dairy Queen and the Rattlesnake park every other night. Every thing was close by. Having a covered parking spot was a bonus, plus another parking spot reserved for us, and if you needed more there is lots of side parking too. Overall a great stay , especially for the days we had to stay indoors due to smoke. Nice big table and comfortable seating arrangements all around.

The place was perfect for us and my two adult kids. Everything was clean and comfy. Great location. The Manager replied quickly when we had questions and was very helpful informing us about restaurants around. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful

This was our first year at this property and we were delighted. The townhouse was clean and well- stocked with an amazing view of the lake and is just steps away from the beach. It could easily have comfortably accommodated a large group. The communication with the owner, Wes, was outstanding from booking all the way through departure. We loved having the garage for our vehicle in the 35+ weather! Highly recommend.

We will be back!

I have stayed at this resort twice before in different units and this unit was by far the best. The condo was lovely, everything exceeded our expectations. Super updated kitchen, plenty of nice dishes utensils, and room for at least 8 for a sit down meal. The fact that it had 4 beds made all the difference for our party of four ladies who do not like to share beds. Also the two full bathrooms and a half bathroom made it so no one ever had to wait for a bathroom. Condo was fully stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, which not all owners provide enough of. The lake was directly across the road with a great wharf. The weather wasn’t conducive to going in the lake so we sat and admired it from the unit’s lovely patio. Nice pool and hot tub on the property as well. The owner responded promptly to my questions before coming to his unit. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again. Definitely 5 stars from our party!!

Great stay! Clean house, lot's to do.

We had a wonderful experience staying in Osoyoos. Originally we booked in May and we had to request a refund dye to the travel restrictions. Wes called me personally and explained the process. We did rebook for September. Our family loved the property. It was very clean. There is a heated pool ad it is located right across the street from the beach. I will definitely book again. Thank you Wes.

Beautiful spot!

Location, location, location! Prime spot for families and children. Was very convenient for our family, with the lake steps outside our door and the grass area for our toddlers to play on. Each morning we had our coffee on the patio while staring out onto the lake. Very beautiful. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Will definitely be back.

Desert perfection

Thank you Wes for allowing us to stay four wonderful nights at your beautiful townhouse. We were two families totalling seven, four adults, three teens. Super comfort, all we needed. Especially enjoyed the shade from the trees for the patio, the green grass area and then immediately across the street the private beach and grass area to spend the day on the lake with the greatest convenience and comforts for all. We can't wait to come again.

Lakeside was well with it!

Wes, the owner, was very attentive to any need we had. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. And for us ... we realized location matters. We normally stay up at Spirit Ridge, but learned from this visit, having the lake right outside our door made our vacation so much better. Highly recommend this resort and unit. Thanks.

Awesome Vacation !!

My family and I had a great time at this vacation property. The town home and the resort are family friendly, very well kept and only steps away from the beautiful lake. There is a nice private grass area with some sandy spots lakefront and a dock for easy access to the water. My daughters and I like to cook and we really appreciate the well equipped kitchen that allowed us to make good meals away from home!! We would definitely stay here again :-)

Great Stay

We really loved this location. So close to everything. Decent beach with dock, pool, short walk to Rattlesnake canyon for activities and ice cream, short walk to the waterslides, quick access to bike paths. Our 3 year old had a blast. Accomodation was nice and had lots of room for the whole family.

Lovely place to stay.

We were so pleased to walk into this well equipped, clean town home that overlooked the lake. The lovely kept beach area was right across the road. The town home is easy walking distance into town or you can enjoy a stroll on a path running along the lake. Access into the property was easy and the property manager (Wes) was quick to provide information to us as needed. Look forward to returning.

Great place to holiday.

The property was just perfect for my family gathering which included little ones. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to a view questions we had. We loved the location, just across the street from the lake and enjoyed the pool and hot tub right on site. We hope to be back again soon.

Growing up my family's vacations always included a week in the South Okanagan, so the area is special to me. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to own in Casa Del Mila Oro, and have thoughtfully had this townhome decorated and furnished hoping to make my guests vacation a memorable one.
