THE HOUSE: 150 m² with common areas: on the ground floor (ceiling height + - 1m90) a large open living space including an entrance, a laundry room, a dining room and a living room with its Smart TV and high-speed WIFI.
Upstairs a kitchen overlooking a terrace overlooking the rear garden, 3 bedrooms including a master suite. Outside, 2 gardens where to barbecue and a corner where to store your bike.

The property can be reached by public transport (RER or bus) or by car.

Paris weekend

Our stay at Tea & Chill was everything we hoped for. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our relaxing meal on the balcony overlooking the well kept garden. The off street parking was convenient. Everything was true to the pictures and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home

Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/kitchen on the top floor, living room/TV area in the bottom floor. No air conditioning in any of the rooms, so summer will be very warm. Very attentive management. Easy check in/check out. Reasonably close to shopping.

Am Rand von Paris

Kleines Haus in Nähe vom Bahnhof mit Parkplatz auf Grundstücke. Die Einfahrt ist zwar eng aber befahrbar. Zimmer und Bäder sauber. Die obere Terrasse haben wir oft genutzt. Ausstattung der Küche etwas wenig. Ein paar Töpfe mehr wären schön. Ansonten mit Geschirr, Besteck und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Alles andere muss man sich mitbringen. Die angegebenen Geräte waren vorhanden. Die gezeigten Bilder sind schon etwas älter. Die Polster der Pailettenmöbel sahen nicht mehr schön aus. Wir haben sie nicht genutzt.Das Haus ist außen mit Kamera bewacht, wie auch alle Nachbarhäuser. Ruhige Gegend.Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Überrascht hat uns die geforderte Kaution von 800, die wir ein paar Tage vor Anreise noch zahlen mussten- für evtl. Beschädigungen durch uns. Dies stand nicht in der Beschreibung. Das Geld haben wir wieder bekommen. Ansonsten gute Anbindung nach Paris in 20 min Takt. Zwei Bäcker in der Nähe und kleiner Lebensmittelladen, sowie auch der Lidl. Haben uns recht wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, das Haus ist perfekt geeignet, um mit 5-6 Leuten aus der Pariser Vorstadt die City zu erkunden. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut geschnitten mit Schlafräumen, Küche und Terrasse. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Würde ich wieder buchen.
