Perfect place in the center of Paris

This is a wonderful apartment in the middle of Paris. It is within 67 minutes of multiple metro stops and train station. There are restaurants, lingerie parties, and grocery stores within a one or two minute walk. The apartment itself is spacious and has all the amenities you need. There are three rooms with one of the rooms having a divide wall so basically four rooms. The queen bed advertise is actually a double bed so it’s a little bit smaller. But other than that, the place is awesome. With the piano. No dryer. But it was a wonderful place to stay. I would suggest you bring your own pillows because most the pillows were just converted sofa pillows. But it has all the humidity you need and even more than you need. As well Stock. Has a dishwasher. And it is a great location. I would stay here again multiple times.

Very Parisian

This charming apartment in centrally located Parisian neighborhood within easy walk from Gare du Nord. The apartment is old but has a Parisian charm to it. Need to be able to walk up a flight of stairs to access it, as the elevator, which barely fits 2 people, ends one floor below. Rémi provided great check in and out instructions and was communicative throughout the stay. What could be improved are more comfortable pillows and better quality towels. Note that this is an apartment that the hosts use, so you may find food in the fridge.

Olympic experience

We rented the flat for a group of 8 for the Paris 2024 games. Remi was super helpful, providing detailed instructions for accessing the flat, accommodating our sleeping arrangements and general info about the neighborhood. The location was perfect! Great family vacation location

While there were a lot of stairs, the location was good and there was plenty of space for my family. We walked to Sacre Coeur the first day which was an easy walk. The host's daughter was friendly and gave us several tips about the area. We had a wonderful time!

Great apartment in Paris

Department was conveniently located to many metro stations and we were able to get all around Paris. Close to the train station. Restaurants, boulangeries and groceries very close. The apartment was spacious and very “parisian”. Close to everything but quiet. Hosts very responsive. Thank you Remi

Séjour agréable dans un quartier vivant

L'appartement est très agréable. Au dernier étage il surplombe les toits de Paris. Le quartier est très commerçant, mais l'immeuble est dans une rue calme. Les chambres "des enfants" sont très grandes, celle "des parents" plus petite mais tout à fait suffisante. Le double séjour est lumineux. Nous avons passé un très bon Noël en famille.

Great roomy and comfortable rental

There were 8 of us there and it was plenty roomy and the accommodations were great And comfortable. Contact with the renter was also smooth and easy to do. He responded very quickly. We would definitely stay there again when we return.

We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful family home in the center of Paris.

The home was just perfect, location is walking distance from many train stations and the Moulin Rouge. The house is exactly like in the photographs and Remi was amazing with spot on directions to his place and how to gain access to the apartment. Our flight came in early and he was kind enough to let us check in earlier. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we can't thank you enough for opening your home to us. Look forward to returning someday! We highly recommend his home if you are visiting Paris.

A fabulous apartment. Well situated in the heart of the tourist area, close to metros, yet quiet.

Rémi gave an extremely prompt reply to our booking. His instructions for entering the apartment and how to access the kitchen facilities were very useful and clear. The apartment was spacious for our family of five, (2 adults, 2 17 year olds and an 8 year old) clean and within walking distance of Sacre Coeur, the Moulin Rouge and the Gare de Nord station. A large Carrefore supermarket lies just around the corner. An ideally situated apartment in being near to the metro and the popular Montmartre area, yet the street itself is very quiet. Plenty of bars are within walking distance. We would love to return one day and strongly recommend it to others. Merci Rémi and family! X

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was in a great location. We could walk down and find the metro a few feet away, or we could catch an uber in less than five minutes. We were able to visit everything we wanted to without having to drive anywhere! Remi was a wonderful host. He met us as soon as we got there and answered all of our questions, showed us around the house, how to get around Paris, and everything else we needed in order to enjoy our first visit to Paris! Thank you so much!

The Perfect Stay

Even before we had arrived at the apartment the hosts were in touch to make sure that our journey from England was going to plan and that we had all of the information we needed to reach the apartment. Once we had arrived, the apartment was everything it had been described as in the listings and photographs; and we were also provided with a set of full and clear instructions on obtaining the keys, using the facilities in the apartment, the local area, maps and what to do upon vacating the apartment at the end of our stay. The main host contact (Remi) also followed up on the last day as well to check that all had been OK with our stay - which it most definitely had been. This is a spacious, well lit and family friendly apartment in a lively and well connected area of Paris - we will definitely be staying again. Thank you Remi and Family

Lots of space, great owners

I spent a week in Paris with my wife and 4 children and we enjoyed this place very much. The building is on a quiet side street but close to everything you need, including multiple Metro stops for different lines and Gare du Nord if you travel in by train. The kitchen is well equipped and two of the bedrooms are a very large size. The "adult" bedroom is a little small, but we managed just fine. The living and dining areas are spacious and the kitchen even has a small eating nook that had enough room for the six of us. The unit is on the top floor of the building but a small elevator will take you 1 floor short of the top. The owners provide great documentation on everything in and around the apartment and they are readily available if you need them. They speak fluent English (and French of course) so communication with them was easy. They are also super nice and you are definitely occupying their home (or one of them at least) as the home has character. This is different than just renting from a company and made our stay feel that much more personable and home-like. Most Paris attractions are a reasonable train ride away, but Montmartre and Sacre-Coeur are within walking distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Très agréable séjour

un séjour vraiment très agréable. Nous étions 9 et l'appartement spacieux et plein de charme nous a beaucoup plus. Idéalement situé, prés de Montmartre et vraiment pas loin des principaux monuments et musées. L'organisation pour notre accueil est super bien rodée. Donc adresse a conseiller vivement.

Ottima posizione, vicina sia alla Gare di Nord che ad un paio di linee metro. Casa con tutto il necessario per una vacanza autonoma. Cucina molto ben attrezzata anche se noi abbiamo usato poco pranzando e cenando sempre fuori. Letti ok specialmente il divano letto che e' nuovo. Il costo in linea coi prezzi di Parigi che e' molto cara x tutto

Awesome Paris Flat

We stayed in this awesome Paris flat for almost a week and enjoyed our stay immensely. This is our third time in Paris but it was our first time bringing all our kids. We couldn't have asked for better hosts than Remi and Isabelle who really went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. Remi even went out to walk us to Gare du Nord (Eurostar station) on our last day to make sure we get there on time and don't miss our train. The location of this flat makes it really ideal because it is close to everything in the center of Paris. Sacre Couer and Montmartre are just up the hill and all the places that you want to visit in Paris are just a short Metro ride away. We would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend this flat to anyone looking for good place to stay in Paris.

Un apartament mare, frumos, bine utilat. Este situat aproape de statia de metrou, de supermarket si la doar cativa pasi de Montmartre. Foarte bun pentru 1-2 familii cu copii. pretul este foarte bun pentru ce ofera. It's a big apartment, nice and it gots all the useful things. It's located near the subway station and the supermarket and it;s very close to Montmartre. It's very good for 1-2 families with kids. The price is very good for what it offers.

M. Remi courtois, restez dans votre appartement était très agréable et fonctionnel. Pour améliorer le séjour de vos invités pourraient simplement redere le canapé-lit plus confortable. Je salue et je remercie Giovanni Buratto cortese signor Remi, rimanere nel vostro appartamento è stato molto bello e funzionale.
