The private property, about 5 minutes' drive from the village of San Lorenzo, covers an area of 1 million square meters, including several mountains. It is only available to the tenants of the finca. On laid out and marked trails you can hike there for several hours and have a kilometer-wide view in all directions, including the coast of the resort of Cala Millor, where the nearest beaches are in about 15 minutes. The entire complex, which is only rented to the same party, consists of a total of 4 separate buildings: the main house (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), the upper house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), the rear house (2 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms) and the studio (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom). Except for the studio, the other 3 houses have a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. The first buildings were mentioned as early as 1661. A wide variety of terraces are available for celebrations of any kind, e.g. at the pool, and a lawn area below the pool, as well as for bad weather or as a shade in midsummer in 50 m away, a newly built 2013 multi-purpose hall with space for tables and chairs for 80 people (surcharge). On request, we can name companies for catering, decoration, animation etc.

The owners of the property own a small hotel with 4 double rooms in the village of San Lorenzo, where additional wedding guests can be accommodated. Minimum stay 7 nights, in this case the final cleaning costs are included. Shorter stays on request and at an additional cost to cover cleaning costs. Arrival / departure days flexible, in consultation with the landlord and adapting to previous and subsequent occupancy (avoidance of free nights).

All utilities, air conditioning (8 h / day), internet in all buildings and in the pool area, bed linen, towels (2 pieces for the house + pool towel), linen change after every week included
Weddings + parties: For the provision of personnel for monitoring and Technical assistance during the set-up and the celebration, as well as for the use of the separate multi-purpose hall, a one-time flat rate of 600.00 € is to be paid.
If other people come to the property from outside to celebrate, the following surcharges apply: 20-40 people € 100.00, 41-80 people € 400.00, more than 81 people € 600.00.
Decoration for celebrations: String lights, LED cubes, torches, lanterns, etc. a. be borrowed. Ask us!
Beer dispenser available free of charge, beer kegs can be ordered (30 liters approx. € 65.00).

Winter months: For up to 10 people, only the main house and the upper house can be rented for a total of 500.00 € / night, for up to 14 people the rear house for a total price of 650.00 € / night and the entire property for a total price of 760.00 € / night.
Heating season: The use of the heating has a surcharge of € 50.00 / night.
Security deposit: normal vacation stays € 500.00,
Provision of baby cot and high chair € 8.00 / night.
