This really is a special property with views unparalleled anywhere in the world I believe. The grounds and beach are very private and quiet. The condo was completely stocked with everything needed. Everything was very clean. The only minor issue involved main gate access as the initial code I was given did not work. Luckily the gate shack is manned and I was let in upon giving my name and the condo address number. The private access to the beach is amazing and I hope to stay at this place again this year.

Wonderful house and amazing views

The house exceeded our expectations with amazing views out over the bay - many hours were spent looking at the wildlife! The house was well kitted out, clean, and well furnished - we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Very pleasant stay

We have vacationed many times at Monterey Dunes. This was the most relaxing stay with perfect weather. This condo is very comfortable and well stocked with all the necessities. We will be back.

Quiet and Serene

We loved the home, the well appointed kitchen, and quiet location. Good, long beach walks. Perhaps the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

Fabulous location

Beautiful beach, views, beach walk, pelicans, privacy, what more could you ask for. The house was well maintained and equipped right down to knives that cut!

family getaway

we had a getaway with our kids and grandkids. it was the perfect place to stay, everyone had their own space and own bathroom! we really enjoyed ourselves. the property had everything we could have needed. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends

Makes you fall in love with Northern California coast!

The ocean at your doorstep, beach walks awaiting, cool fun places up and down the coast. Then dinner around the table and continued good conversation with a wonderful fire in the fireplace… heaven on earth!

Beautiful Place

Thank you for sharing with us your beautiful home. Access directions are very straightforward and easy to follow. Place is pristine and lots of utensils in the kitchen to stay in and cook.

Quiet Location with Amazing Views

Overall we had a great stay. Shelli, the host, was very communicative. An issue with the refrigerator was discovered prior to our stay but Shelli contacted us to let us know about it before hand and offered a discounted rate for the inconvenience. We visited during the off season so it was super quiet. The condo is a quick 20 minute drive to Cannery Row in Monterey. Would definitely stay again.

50th Anniversary Get Together

This is a lovely and peaceful secluded home on a private section of beautifully preserved sand dunes on Monterey Bay. There was nothing lacking in our enjoyment of our five nights there. We made a few suggestions for minor improvements or changes which were very well received.

Birthday celebration

we rented the condo for my husbands 70th birthday. The condo was very clean and spacious. Six adults and one infant had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equiped for anything we needed.

Beach Time

This beautiful beach house was in the ideal location. Right by the front access gate. Loved the huge windows looking out onto the ocean. We saw a lot of seals and porpoises on our long walks along the beach everyday. The house was clean and had a lot of amenities. Would definitely return next year. Great communication with staff.

Monterey Dunes Getaway

What a little slice of Heaven! A private gated oceanfront community with lots of privacy. The Condo was exceptional! It was clean & updated and it worked perfectly for our group of 3 couples. It was everything it said it was, but even better. We loved that the beach was only steps away and that we were only 15 to 30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to We highly recomment this unit and would definitely stay again.
