Come and stay in this holiday home located 2 hours from Paris and close to Deauville. With its bucolic atmosphere and lush natural surroundings, we promise you a rejuvenating stay!
The house can comfortably accommodate 6 guests thanks to its two bedrooms, living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and large private garden surrounding the house. You can also enjoy the village's aquatic area, which will delight young and old alike. Sheets and towels are provided. See you soon!

The accommodation:

The single-storey house is laid out as follows:
- Living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, and dining area for 6 guests.
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, multi-function oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (2 single beds 90 cm x 190 cm) and a single sofa bed that converts into a double bed when unfolded.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outside:
- Large private garden of 273 m² surrounding the house. The main plot in front of the house faces north-west and is equipped with 2 dining tables (one for 6 people, the other for 4 people), a parasol and a plancha grill.
- A garden shed where the garden furniture is stored.

Shared facilities at the residence (The opening of the shared areas at the residence is subject to the decisions of Pierre & Vacances. Please contact the residence directly for further information):
- Activities are organised throughout the year, with or without a supplement, by professional activity leaders.
- 3 indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, supervised by lifeguards. Access to the aquatic areas is free for tenants. There is one indoor pool with a paddling pool, another called the lagoon, which is outdoors, and a third, larger pool with a depth of 2 metres. The swimming pools are open all year round, except from 24 November to 20 December. The opening of the swimming pools is subject to the decisions of the residence. - Meals and breakfast available upon reservation at the restaurant.
- Leisure activities: table tennis, football pitch, tennis court, park and children's villages.

You will find all the necessary amenities in Annebault, less than 5 km away: mini-market in the village, Super U supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station, tobacconist, bakery, restaurant in Dozule (10 km).

- Visit Villers-Sur-Mer, Deauville, Cabourg, Houlgate, Pont l'évêque, Honfleur, Lisieux, Caen...
- Beach 10 minutes away.

- Pets accepted, subject to a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Pets are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool.
- The wardrobe in bedroom 2 is locked, so you will not have access to it.
- Games available for children: board games, puzzles, skipping rope, coloured pencils, etc.
- Bed linen and towels provided. Mattress covers and pillowcases are disposable.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
