Lovely property in a pretty seaside town

Stayed 8 nights in this lovely property. Is exactly as shown in the photos and would highly recommend staying here. We stayed just before in early April. Is out of season for this town so was quiet and not everything was open in Barneville Carteret but is a lovely little town. Beach is beautiful! The property a great base for exploring Normandy, we had great day trips to Mont St Michel and the D Day beaches. Would highly recommend L en bar quai restaurant (leave room for dessert!!). Le Russel is also good for dinner. La Cale Marine - Lakalakiki was great for lunch.

Super ausgestattetes Haus in strandnaher Lage

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen im Haus von Oceane verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund sich entsprechend sicher auf dem Grundstück bewegen konnte. Zum Stand geht man gemütlich in 5 Minuten. Alle Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt man im Ortsteil Bourge. Die Stände sind im Juni noch sehr leer und man kann problemlos mit dem Hund am Stand laufen.

Agréable maison proche de la mer

La maison d'Oceane correspond aux photos et à sa description. C'est tellement agréable d'être à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. Une voiture est indispensable car il n'y a pas de commerce à proximité. Lle linge de maison inclus est un vrai plus.

Schönes sauberes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus war wirklich nicht weit vom sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Das Innere des Hauses war sauber, alles neu und modern eingerichtet. Der Garten bestand zwar nur aus einer Wiese, war aber groß und komplett eingezäunt, für unseren Hund also ideal. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Modernes Haus mit abgeschlossenem Garten in Strandnähe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Oceanes gite genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück ist ganz eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund sehr vorteilhaft war. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, sodass wir jeden Morgen gleich eine Runde am Meer drehen konnten. Da das Haus zu den Nachbarhäusern etwas zurückgesetzt steht, entsteht ein guter Windschutz

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'océane que nous connaissions déjà puisque nous y avons séjourné en 2022. La maison est très agréable et très fonctionnelle. Elle est idéalement située pour visiter le Cotentin.

Wir haben eine wunervolle Woche in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles war super! Die Lage und Entfernung zum wunderschönen Strand ist toll! Ein Katzensprung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist neu und die Ausstattung ist top! Der Garten sehr groß und eingezäunt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!!!

Barneville à notre porte

Un très agréable séjour, hyper calme. Logement neuf, impeccable, net, propre, plus équipé que l'annonce le stipulait (LL/Sèche cheveux/Micro Ondes/Jardin clos et garage). Idéal avec des enfants. Belle déco, bons lits, logement pratique et facile a entretenir. Nous aurions apprécié un échange "humain". La boite à clefs c'est super, mais un numéro de portable en cas de soucis nous aurait plu. Également un registre "mode d'emploi" aurait été apprécié, mais cela n'entache en rien la qualité du logement très recommandable. N'hésitez pas!

Calme et Fraicheur

Cette maison de plain pied, proche du "boulevard maritime" au trottoir tout neuf le long de la plage de Barneville a permis de partager cette semaine avec une personne âgée qui marche avec difficulté et quelques belles sorties en voiture et à pied. Les plus mobiles étaient à pied d'oeuvre ou quelques minutes de voiture de belles balades ou lieux de baignade. Gite bien équipé et facile à vivre. Simple d'y maintenir la fraîcheur, appréciable par 25 à 31 dehors.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir (mein Mann und unser Hund) haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, in der Küche fehlte uns nichts, Geschirr usw. ist zahlreich vorhanden. Den direkten Zugang von der Garage zur Küche fanden wir sehr gut. Das Haus verfügt über ein sehr großes Grundstück was komplett eingezäunt ist und somit genial für Urlauber mit Hund oder auch mit kleinen Kindern. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige und die Fotos sind identisch. Der Gastgeber hat immer sofort freundlich und hilfreich auf Fragen geantwortet Zum Meer ist es nicht weit und es ist nie überfüllt gewesen (Reisezeit Mitte Juni). Zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft sind es ca. 3/4 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es gibt viel zu erkunden in der Gegend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort 😊

Petite maison très bien agencée , lumineuse et très agréable. 5 minutes à pied de la mer! Hôte reactive et soucieuse du bien-être de ses vacanciers. Personnes totalement irrespectueuses. La maison est prévue pour Max 6 personnes, ils sont venus à 7 sans demander la permission. La maison était dans un état lamentable, même pas capable de mettre le lave vaisselle en route avant de partir et par dessus tout totalement irresponsable car ils ont laissé le poêle allumé. Ils ont dormis a même la couette, n’ont même pas fait l’effort de mettre la housse de couette.

Très jolie maison,très bien située dans cette superbe région de la Manche. La demeure n’est pas terminée le jardin en particulier mais je pense,pour avoir discuté avec la propriétaire ,que cela sera fait sous peu.
