Pleasant 3-room apartment of 32 m2 located in the center of the village of Saint Sorlin d'Arves, a few meters from the access to the slopes, food and ski shops, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor as well as the tourist office, the ESF and the nursery. <br><br>The quiet residence is equipped with a lift and a ski locker.<br><br>Fully equipped for 4 people, the apartment has a south-facing terrace with mountain views and a private covered parking space.<br><br>Self-arrival via key box. Optional cleaning (40&#8364;). Sheets and towels are not provided and must be brought back by the tenants.<br><br>A security deposit of &#8364;300 will be requested a few days before and will be returned to you at the end of the rental.
