Vintage 3 bedroom house, with direct access to the beach at the end of the lane (80 meters), with no road to cross.
Very calm sandy dead end - traffic limited to residents - overlooking the seafront (pedestrian / bicycle dike; no car).
Ideal for families with young children (ideally 2 adults + 2/3/4 children; for other requests, please contact us before booking).
D-Day Landing beaches (Sword Beach).
Enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ.
High speed internet allowing tele/remote work.
Multiple activities nearby, adults & children.

Idéalement située proche de la mer. Secteur calme. Propriétaire accueillant et disponible. Bien équipée (électroménager, TV grand écran, WIFI performant, vélos, jeux pour enfants). Maison ancienne nécessitant quelques travaux.
