The space
“La Brandette” is situated 2km from the little farming village of Bouteilles, pop. 192. Featuring a breathtakingly panoramic view, the property sits on top of a hill – one of the highest points in the area.

Originally a farm dated from the 18th Century, the property consists of the following:

I. Main House:
- Upstairs Master Bedroom with King bed, Balcony and ensuite Full Bathroom with new, Italian-style walk-in Shower.
- First Floor: spacious and bright open-floorplan Living Room, Dining Room and Full Kitchen with Island.
- Separate Entrance Guest Suite with 2 Single Beds plus Sleeping Loft/Futon with Full Bathroom with bathtub.

II. Guest House:
- Master Bedroom with Queen bed
- Guest Bedroom with two single beds
- Full Bathroom with new, Italian-style, walk-in Shower.

III. Outside Areas
- Salt-Water Pool - Note: this is "european style" / **unheated**
- Dining Terrace
- Petit Petanque Court (French version of bocce)

The property sleeps 8-10 including the Guest Suite Loft.

Every effort has been made to retain the original architectural features in this magnificent period farmhouse. All original openings and doors have been preserved, from the original "pierre apparente" stone walls to the “poutres”/wood beams. This is a country house filled with sunlight all year round.

Both inside and out there is ample room to entertain.

Life at “La Brandette” isn’t complete without watching the sunsets or lounging under a shady tree in a hammock with a glass of wine or with a good book or both!

The entire property is exclusively yours (except for one side building used for storage & supplies).

Salt-Water Pool is "european-style" and does not have a pool heater.

There is no Air Conditioning on the premises.
