About this property

Coulenguiou House

Come enjoy the Ubaye Valley in this beautiful new house. Fully equipped (including a pellet stove and amenities for young children), just 1 km from the center of Barcelonnette, close to the ski slopes (Pra-Loup 5 km away with a free shuttle stopping 200 m away, Le Sauze 6 km).
Reservations for 3 or 4 nights are possible on request.

New house with a large wooden terrace and enclosed garden.
Spacious living room bathed in sunlight all day, opening onto a large terrace with mountain views.

Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hob, microwave/grill, oven, dishwasher, raclette and fondue appliances).

Three large bedrooms:
master suite with a 160x190 bed, bathroom and toilet;
double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed;
twin bedroom with 90x190 cm beds. Separate shower room with washing machine, separate toilet.

Heating by pellet stove, electric radiators in the bedrooms, towel warmers in the bathrooms.
Pellet bags are provided (to be collected from the shed at the back of the house) and included in the rental price.

Parking on the property, including one covered space.
Ski storage.

Das Objekt entprach insgesamt voll und ganz den Erwartungen. Sehr sauberes Haus in guter Lage. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und deren Consierge vor Ort war aufgrund der franz. Sprache ( ich spreche schon ein bisschen französisch ) nicht immer ganz einfach.Das einzige, was ich bei dem ansonsten wirklich hervorragenden Objekt zu bemängeln hätte, war , dass wir für dei c. 25 EUR pro Peron für Bettwäsche und jeweils nur ein Badetuch, die Betten auch noch selbst überziehen mussten. Überzogene Betten und ein zweites Handtuch könnten zu einer Bewertung mit "Hervorragend "führen

Très bon séjour à Barcelonnette, où nous avons pu visiter les environs et profiter des nombreuses randonnées du coin... Le gîte est tres agréable, bien situé et facile d'accès (même si la modification du numéro de rue par rapport à l'annonce nous a un peu fait hésiter

Belle maison confortable et claire à proximité de Barcelonnette, jolie petite ville typique.

Sommes randonneurs et avons apprécié les circuits en altitude proposés et la montagne fleurie à cette saison. Des petits villages authentiques perchés à découvrir ainsi que le marché et ses produits locaux. Un séjour très sympa avec une météo agréable.
