NOTE: BOOKING JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL? Please book ENTIRE months only NOT mid-month to mid-month. This time frame is a two-month minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - March 31st? Okay. Want to book February 15 - April 15? Not okay. Please ask first if you are unsure. We will try and work with you. Thanks in advance.
Fantastic, 3/3, 1886 sf home with all the amenities. Welcome to the Esplanade by Siesta Key! A one-of-a-kind gated resort-complex with tennis, Huge pool, exercise facilities, beach volleyball court, dog park, kid’s playground, shuffleboard, community room with pool table and large TV’s, and activities galore. Enjoy the community aspect, or stay at home and relish the privacy of your own home. 10 minutes in the car and you're on Siesta Key, any restaurant of your choice or even on I75.

**VERY IMPORTANT - Reservation can begin NO LESS THAN 14 DAYS FROM CURRENT DATE in order to properly process HOA lease application. $150 Lease processing fee paid by traveler. Application sent after reservation made.
-60 night minimum reservation per HOA rules.
- Phenomenal Sarasota location - Close to downtown, Siesta Key and other local favorites
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-No pets allowed per HOA rules.
-Stays in excess of 30 days shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
