From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.

The property was just as listed. It was neat and clean. It was close to restaurants downtown. The building had a pool, but it wasn't maintained, so I never got to use. We were locked out of our unit. However, the host was very friendly and worked to address the matter. The property host should invest in more towels, hangers, tissues, and body wash for her guests. Overall, I would give the property a good rating and would consider renting again.

We loved staying here! It was super convenient to where we needed to be in downtown Atlanta with all the amenities we could ask for. The place was clean and the host was responsive for all of our needs. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This place was everything that was described in the pictures. Excellent location, excellent walking distances, and made you feel at home. The owner was very welcoming and very responsive.

The unit wasn’t as clean as I’d expect. Some of the linens/comforters were stained and the were some hair in the shower so it looked like it hadn’t been fully cleaned. Some aspects of the unit were very nice and new (like the kitchen) while other aspects were outdated and in need of improvement/replacement (one of the bathroom mirrors, the bedroom/bathroom doors). The at least of the bathroom shower drains was draining very slowly, so water pooled at your feet when showering. Everything we needed in the unit was there though- iron, smart tv, AC units, etc. which was appreciated. Finally, the building itself is a bit old and run down and didn’t feel super safe or clean.

The biggest reason I booked here was because of the space and the pool. That being said, I was told the pool wasn’t open for the season which wasn’t communicated to me. The space was great, although one of the room’s ac unit was broken (being held together with tape) and ended up being extremely hot in the room. While there, the elevator stopped working (only one was working at a time). Luckily I had already brought my luggage upstairs and only had to climb up to the 10th floor once with light items.

Good Times

We had a wonderful time in the ATL. Although we were out and about from dawn to dusk, our sleeping quarters were very comfortable and clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Stay was great. Unit was clean and close to where we needed to be. Not the best area but had no issues. Had trouble getting into unit but we worked it out. Overall good stay.

Our stay was unfortunately not what we expected based on the listing and the information provided by the host, Katie. Prior to arrival, Katie sent us a very detailed list of rules, building procedures, and amenities, which gave us the impression that this was a well-managed and secure property. However, once we arrived, many of those rules did not appear to be enforced or followed by anyone in the building.Upon arrival, there was a significant amount of loitering outside the building. The common areas were old and poorly maintained, including noticeably dirty carpeting. Even the staff at the front desk did not seem particularly concerned about what was happening throughout the property.The condo itself was okay, but it was extremely hot throughout our entire stay, which made it very uncomfortable.Our biggest concern was safety and security. At night, there was constant traffic in and out of the building. We repeatedly observed people entering by simply following other guests inside rather than using a code or other secured access. This was especially concerning considering how strict the host’s instructions were about providing the names of everyone staying in the unit before arrival.We also witnessed music videos being filmed in the parking lot and individuals coming and going who appeared to be engaged in prostitution. The overall nighttime environment felt very sketchy, and we did not feel as safe as we expected to based on the listing.The photos and description

My group had a great stay while attending a conference at the Hilton. The unit was clean and spacious for the three of us. The building itself is a little dated, but everything else was wonderful. Communication with our host could not have been better.

Check out time is 11am. Late check out need to be discussed with host and be agreed upon.

NO PET in the building unless service pet with documentation. Unauthorized pet will result in fine around $600.

This is a residential building, please keep the noise to a minimum.

The Landmark building was built in 1963 and in doing so the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat, unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Please ask us the details before you book.

LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS/OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using any amenities (including the pool & hot tub), walking around the complex and climbing of stairs anywhere on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries arising during your time at the property.
