Pointe 40-10 is a walk-in 1 BD/1 BA pet friendly (extra fee) condo conveniently located within the Pointe Royale community. Make yourself at home in this warmly decorated unit and take advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools, golf course, and on-site restaurant. Enjoy a short drive to the Branson Strip for popular attractions, shopping, and dining. Hiking trails and fishing nearby. Come stay a while!

This property is pet friendly!!! Additional pet fee of $125 covers up to 2 pets max 50 lbs each. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture within the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there may be a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The only negative thing to report is that the key card was broken when we checked in and we had a little trouble using it at times to re-enter the property. Other than that, we would not mind renting again!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and welcoming. The tv in the bedroom had wifi issues every night but not a huge deal. The condo's location was great! It was close to everything.

Enjoyed the property just fine. Just wish that there had been a TV that was simple for order people with out fancy I phone to be able to operate. One that you could watch the major networks programs.

Needs work

I can not recommend this condo because of 2 primary issues. First is poor WiFi. The WiFi for this condo comes from the modem in the condo next door. Signal strength is fair to poor. The only TV service is streaming - so you can get buffering or even complete loss of the stream at times. And if the people in the next door condo shut off the modem (which happened to us) you lose everything. Very FRUSTRATING !! The other issue is missing slats on the patio door blinds. So privacy in the living room, dining area and kitchen is compromised. Now if neither of these 2 items bothers you - then it is an okay place to stay.

What a great stay!

This property was on the 17th hole of Point Royale. The view was beautiful as was the weather. Thursday brought some chill and we enjoyed the electric fireplace. The condo was furnished, clean and so relaxing. I enjoyed coffee on the deck and the morning walk were awesome. I wasn’t able to get the key card to work for the workout room but maybe I was too early at 5am. The grounds are awesome. I can’t wait to visit again and enjoy the pools and hot tub. There are pickleball courts, tennis and basketball. Definitely looking to make those an annual trip and staying again.

Not the best we’ve stayed in at this location.

Size okay for 2, but couch is very uncomfortable & no other seating to watch tv. Carpets need to be washed or replaced. Exhaust fan in bathroom disgusting. Please leave instructions for smart tv especially needed for senior citizens!

Great getaway

Our family really enjoyed the property and had a nice weekend trip. It was very clean. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Our kids utilized the basketball, pickle ball and tennis courts.

Good for a couple

The location was great for us. Condo was clean but could use a little interior paint. There were 4 of us so we used the sofa bed. I would recommend this location for just one couple rather than 2. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable but I’ve never known of a sofa bed to be very comfortable. We had 2 dogs with us and the location was very pet friendly. Overall good place and worked pretty well for us. Check in and out was very easy.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Unit was walk in from parking lot with a couple of steps. Neat and clean place. We enjoyed the fire place and the screened in porch while we were there. Our two fur babies joined us and had plenty of room to walk around and green space that was accessible for them. (Not the golf course) Communication with the property management company was really good. I feel like if we would have had an issue they would have been on the spot to resolve. Location of the property is very close to everything. I liked that it was removed from the main drag just enough to where it was peaceful and quiet, but still close enough it wasn’t a thing to get to anything.

Family vacation

We had a great experience with the property. It was clean and in a great spot. Kids enjoyed swimming in the in door pool on the property! Bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.

Great Location

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was equipped with everything we could think of and more. We were surprised to find it stocked with coffee, filters, tea, paper products, toiletries, soap, candles, and even laundry detergent. It was an easy walk to take our small dog out and the view from the balcony was nice and screened. The kids enjoyed Netflix and Alexa. We were also a short walk or drive to the pool and river areas. Lots of free fun included!
