We booked this condo for a weekend volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. The location was close to everything and the place was as pictured. The host Austin was very responsive and offered to let me extend my stay for a reduced rate due to a large snow storm.

Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Clean place with all the essentials. Close to sports venues, restaurantsand bars. Would stay there again.

Unfortunately, this property did not live up to the positive reviews or expectations set by the listing. Parts of the unit were surprisingly outdated, particularly the bathroom, which had cracked tile and a shower curtain that was nearly pulling out of the wall. The towels had holes, there were a couple of bugs, and most importantly, there was no hot water in the bathroom I showered in.There were also no clothes hangers, which was an unnecessary inconvenience. We did not use the kitchen nor living area so I cannot speak to those spaces. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the property and feel it needs significant updating and better maintenance. That said, the hosts were very responsive, and communication with them was easy throughout our stay.

Really Cool Property in Town

This was a property that we booked very last minute when we needed to extend our trip by one day. We were thrilled to have found it. Perfect location- walking distance to restaurants and a mall. Really cool interior and super clean. Communication with our host was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.

Sweet Stay

Four of us stayed here to attend the Sweets & Snacks show. Great location near the convention center. The guests dining on the patio of the restaurant below the main bedroom window were a little loud one of the nights, but finished by 11pm. That bed was super comfy though and we just put on some box fan white noise on my phone. Slept great. Overall, clean and comfortable space and we enjoyed our 3 night stay here.

Amazing location and cool set up!

This property was perfect for us! We were in town for a tourney and had teenagers with us. The space was set up for all to enjoy and have fun! Blackout curtains helped when trying to sleep. Loft area is good but not for tall people! The stairs to get up there are unique…I would say that space is best for kids! Location is perfect for anything downtown!

This place was great for our guys football trip! Within walking distance of Lucas Oil Field and right next to Cambridge Fieldhouse, it's a great place to stay for a game & some downtown fun. Only downside was the TV issues. Being a football trip, natrually we wanted to watch the other games. Unfortunately, the YouTubeTV service that was supposed to be included didnt work and we were unable to get support to fix it by both trying to contact the host group via the VRBO app and via the direct numbers they provided for several hours. Actually ended up signing up for a free trial to get it working for us. Checkout process was easy and the cleaning crew was on their game, even showed up a little early.

Clean place middle of downtown

We enjoyed our stay overall, the house is a cheaply renovated older building that you expect for something rented out regularly. The living area and bedrooms are nice for a short time to spend in Indy. The exposed brick and high ceilings are beautiful. However, the downtown area can be loud at night and there is little sound insulation from the street noise if you go to bed before 1am. The bed space is overestimated at 15 people unless you are comfortable sleeping on the couches and floor. Each queen bed sleeps 2, leaving space for 12, not sure where else 3 people could sleep but two on the couch and one on the floor. You also need to ask for additional towels and be specific with numbers for these owners as they only provide the bare minimum.

Hi Michael, Thanks for staying with us. We allow up to 15 people stay in our unit as we are very detailed on the number beds in the space. We allow the guest to make the decision if it is the right size for their group. As you had a group, I assume this was not a problem. As far as towels go, you booked the property for one person so we left 4 towels. Upon arrival, you informed us there would be 8 people and needed more towels. So we happily provided more towels right away. We also send a message to every guest right after check in to make sure they have everything they need. As our listing states, their is potential for noise on the weekends as we are in the heart of downtown indianapolis. Thanks for staying with us.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The two block walk to the convention center was very convenient. It will be easier once the road construction is complete around the convention center. The location near several restaurants and bars was also really nice.

Central location, communicative host

Good location and the host was highly communicative. One note is that it was pretty loud outside Saturday night until Howl at the Moon closed at 2 a.m. It didn't impact our stay, but could have been tricky if we went to bed early or had kids with us. The white noise machines were a nice touch!

Great downtown location!

Everything was as-advertised. Apartment was clean and the building was secure. The property manager reached out to us several times and answered all of our questions quickly. Location was fantastic and the parking was convenient. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
