Beautiful lake view condo on Lake Hamilton.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 4 and is conveniently located on Central Ave. within minutes to restaurants, Oaklawn, downtown Hot Springs where you can enjoy the local shops and thriving art community, Garvan Gardens and many more fun and exciting activities..
The interior amenities include a wonderful jacuzzi tub and walk in shower in the master bath. The master bedroom features a king size bed with hotel linens a flat screen tv and French doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed with crisp and colorful linens and a flat screen tv. The quest bath has a tub/shower combo.
The kitchen has stainless appliances and is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare meals (or not), And a coffee/wine bar.
The comfy living room has a gas fireplace and a flat screen tv.
Our condo has beautiful views of the lake from the balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or a glass of wine and just unwind.

Please be aware that this condo has 2 flights of stairs in case anyone in your party has trouble climbing stairs.

There is a fire pit with benches down by the lake as well as a swim dock.
There is also a short term boat tie up.

Beautiful property!

Better than expected!!!

The property was way better than expected!! The patio is huge and we stayed on it the full time. My family was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and our own bathrooms. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. I would definitely book again! Thank you Cindy!

Better Than Imagined!

This property had gorgeous views, was well-located, and was well-stocked with everything necessary to cook at home when you’re sick of eating out. Cindy was great to communicate with and she has truly thought of everything. The adorable snack basket and mini hotel-like toiletry supplies were unexpected but welcome surprises. What a great trip!

Great Spot

The condo has at least thirty pillows, and I'm not exaggerating. This amazing detail only attests to the comfort of the condo itself. The bed is plush, the TV is big and easy to use, the tub is jacuzzi, and the shower head is from the not-too-distant future. We walked around Hot Springs alot, and this was a great place to come and unwind at day's end. It was a quiet spot, great view of the lake, and the parking spot is very convenient. 10/10 would stay again (Thanks for the flowers and Treats, Cindy : ))

The grounds aren’t too inviting. The two flights of stairs aren’t either. BUT once you step inside the unit that all goes away. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, abundantly stocked condo. Looks and feels like it was redone last week. Great, comfortable beds. Lots of televisions. One of the nicest interiors we’ve stayed in in the Spa and we’ve stayed in dozens. Great deck/porch overlooking the lake. Great, responsive hosts too. Thanks Cindy.

We spent our sisters trip here and it was lovely.. we had breakfast out on the deck every morning and every evening after going out on the town we chilled out at the house. It was clean and decorated so cute!

Beautiful, relaxing condo/home in Hot Springs

My kids and I went to Hot Springs for a relaxing long weekend. It turned out to be exactly what we needed. The condo is furnished and decorated so beautifully that we didn't want to leave to explore the area! The view of Lake Hamilton from the balcony is lovely. Comfort/well being of the guests is the chief focus of the owner/manager, as evidenced by all the amenities including the first-aid box! They were very responsive to all our questions/needs. It's by far the best rental property we have ever stayed at. We're already making plans to return to this condo with friends. We highly recommend this property!

It was absolutely beautiful!

I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway. To say he was happy is an understatement. He was constantly telling me how much he was enjoying the stay, how much loved the condo... It was so very accommodating. The stairs were a challenge but well worth it. We will definitely book again.

Spring Break stay

We had a fun time in Hot Springs for Spring Break. Spring is always unpredictable weather-wise, so we lost a day of activities because of sevwre storms. The condo was wonderful - emaculately clean, comfortable furniture and beds, everything needed in kitchen and bathrooms, and beautiful views of the lake in a quiet area. Cindy is very attentive and checked in regularly. If we return to Hot Springs, we'll definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. It was very spacious for our family of four, and the unit is well-stocked with everything you need. It is close to downtown Hot Springs, the National Park, and many restaurants. The condo has a great view of the lake, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine in the evenings. The owner is also very responsive to any questions that come up. Would highly receommend staying here.

Beautiful Lake View Condo

Such a beautiful lake view condo! It is nicely decorated and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The Valentines treats were an added gesture and made us feel extra special on our quick getaway for Valentines weekend. The owner was ready available and corresponding quickly if needed. Hot Springs is a great place to visit and there are so many things to do. We hope to be back soon and hate the winter storm of 2021 made us change our plans.

Super cute and comforatable condo!

My husband and another couple spent a three-day weekend in Hot Springs, Arkansas as a quick get away. We arrived early evening to the condo and couldn't have been more impressed with it. It was just the right size for two couples. A master bedroom and a guest bedroom. The beds were super comfortable and very pretty. The bathrooms were outfitted with all our needs from welcome kits to beautiful, soft towels. The kitchen was a wonderful asset, because we made our breakfast every morning, was well-supplied with all cooking utensils and some seasonings. We are coffee drinkers and they have two options. A kuerig and a larger coffee pot. We used the larger of the two and it kept the coffee extra hot which was great! Each room was outfitted with a smart tv to use. We sat outside on the patio in November, believe it or not, and enjoed the view from this third floor. Even though it was foggy a couple of mornings, it was still so pleasant and enjoyable. It was a very quiet area and super easy to get to downtown or other areas we wanted to explore. They also have an Alexa, so that was a nice surprise to play our music and feel at home! My only regret was I forgot to sign their guest book! Ugh! I kept thinking I'd do that before I left, but we were down the road about ten miles and realized I had forgotten. So thank you via our review for the wonderful use of your condo! One suggestion: Maybe have some playing cards and a couple of games. We enjoyed our evenings in and played cards.

Beautiful facility/condo. We were able to meet the owners and that was a joy.

Very positive experience. It needs to be noted that parking is very limited for visitors. Very good for occupants. I had local family come in for dinner one night and it required some manipulation to get them there. That is not a complaint against/for owners. They were the best!
